Deka CrossFit Gym
Deka Crossfit just moved to a new location and is now one of the finest CrossFit Gyms in the Montreal Area. The Coaching is excellent and they offer specialist classes for Gymnastic movements and Olympic Lifting with Michele Letendre and Eric Chevrier. I would recommend this gym for its awesome community and great workout programming. Check it out!

I have gotten a lot out of my time at Deka. Coaching staff is great! The gym is clean and well equipped. There is a great feeling of family and friends at every session. Further there are great resources available for further condition and training. I plan to keep attending classes for years to come.
