I have a good Dr.Bhinder and Dr. Derek Yung They are very nice and very helpful.

Abysmal. There is no respect for the patient or the patients time. Unfortunately, doctors seems to be accountable to no one and if they’ve immersed themselves fully in their own little god complex you will encounter behaviours such as those encountered here. “Yes”, we actually do you know you went to school for a long time; it was expensive. However, it is a JOB and you chose to do it. So DO it, treat your patients with care and respect and join the human race.This place is ridiculous and should be ashamed of themselves.

Great staff and technologists however if your appointment is with Dr. Yan be prepared to wait one hour plus as he is usually over booked. I once waited two and a half hours. Once you are finally in his office he is trying to rush you out the door and not really interested in you. On my last appointment they asked if I could come in earlier. After waiting an hour I decided to walk and will try and find a new cardiologist. One might conclude his primary focus is income.

I have been very pleased with all the staff of Heart Health. I have NEVER come into contact with any of the staff to be rude or waiting for hours to have test done or my doctor. I even forgot to have a holter put on and they called and said i had to return and when i returned i walked in like a dog with my tail between my legs and they all had a laugh!! because i was bad!! They are great health care workers. From the front desk to the back back labs and offices, they are great. If you are nice to them then they are just as nice.

I visited the clinic today for a stress test and I can honestly say I left there so impressed with the staff, facility and care. I interacted with 3 “techs” (sorry, I don’t know the proper terms or their titles!), a Dr and the receptionist. All were so professional, friendly and seemed genuine. I especially want to thank the two female techs who did my tests, they were great and really thorough.I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to do a stress test.

staff (reception) at the Ajax location is VERY RUDE! The receptionist was obnoxious, rude, and inconsiderate! No empathy at all! We're only talking about our hearts here, no worries about appointments, procedures, ect... Not willing to help out so you don't miss appointments or connections. The doctors are great, but the uneducated, rude, and useless staff need to go!

Best medical facility I have ever been to. Receptionist are friendly and kind. Dr Swan is an amazing DR and human being. He cares about his patients and actually phoned me himself to talk to me. He doesn't think he's above everyone like so many Dr's I have been to. I hope I never have to have another Cardiologist. He is amazing.

My father was a patient of the Ajax Heart Health Institute. At the appointments he had, he waited long times, was rushed when he was finally seen, the doctor was a no show and no one could answer my father's questions about his heart health care because the Dr. was not present. At a walk in clinic visit it was recommended by the clinic Dr. that my father see his cardiologist immediately. We called several times to the Ajax Heart Health Institute and left messages requesting an urgent appointment with his cardiologist and never heard back. My father subsequently was admitted to the hospital Cardiac Unit and passed away.

The medical care provided by Raymond Yan was completely inadequate in regards to my pericarditis condition. Initially, he arranged a phone appointment, which is not sufficient for diagnosing pericarditis, and then ordered a stress test without ruling out the condition first. As patients with pericarditis should not exercise, this test worsened my condition significantly. During an in-person appointment, he only conducted a brief examination after I asked him to, which lasted only 20 seconds and was not thorough. He solely relied on ECG, stress test results, and bloodwork to dismiss my concerns without listening to me or conducting a proper examination. Consequently, we had to push our family doctor hard to get a second opinion at TGH's cardiac center, where a thorough examination was conducted, and two doctors confirmed my pericarditis. I was then provided with appropriate medication and began my recovery. Raymond Yan is an unprofessional and discourteous doctor who yells, interrupts, and discourages patients from asking questions. His misdiagnosis delayed proper treatment by at least a month. It is concerning that he is a cardiologist, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from him.
