Always long line up, so slow,

I was there on Aug 27th approximately at 1100h and noticed the only entrance that was available to clients who wanted to access a teller was the mall entrance. It was a 4 client line and covid protocols were actually observed both by guests and staff. I was helped by an employee named Rachel and albeit she did not have name tag, she was very patient and understanding when I tried to take a bank draft to cash buy a car. She explained the difference very thoroughly between a certified check and a bank draft and politely informed me she could not help me BMO's atrocious investorline accounts.She very quickly created a bank draft and allowed me to view documents associated with that. Rachel's customer support was hands down the best I have witnessed from a major banking institution and I would be extremely surprised if she isn't managerial staff. I also appreciated the open layout with desks and almost office like layout from the BMO that made it very easy to feel comfortable with the tellers.This is not the branch which I opened my account but I will attend this branch for all my major banking needs because of this sole experience.Ps. will update if I have a poor experience.

Deposited money into the atm closest to the inside door and got an error. It did not return my cash. I went to a teller and they told me they see the failed transaction and they will phone a separate department that handles atms. Never have I heard back from them. Don’t bank with BMO.

Worst bank experience ever. The mortgage specialist is so unprofessional and rude to the customers. He asks me stupid dumb question. And He had no patience at all. They even shout out your privacy about your financial situation in the hall when lots of people are around. Discrimination exists when they can not get money from you. When i want to ask their name card for a complain, they refuse to give me their name card. Never come back again. Also, this branch does not follow social distance rules and number of people limit indoor gathering during this pandemic time.

Super slow only one person working at front

I had the worst experience with this BMO, I came in the other day to write a bank draft and the person helping me was a trainee, it was literally the worst trainee I’ve experienced with. He couldn’t even help me write a bank draft and kept getting up to go to his manager for help. I was there for more than 40 minutes just to write a bank draft. I asked the manager like why it needs to take this long just to write a bank draft, she said “we’re working on it please wait” with an attitude, while I waited for a long time already. This place is bad don’t go, manger is bad and trainee.

Booked an appointment online and immediately received a callback asking me to reschedule my appointment. I was rescheduled with a different CSR who was gone for a week and a half without notice. I didn’t know until l I went into the branch in-person and asked for an update.When I went in-person to ask for an update, I was passed around two different CSRs until I spoke with a Senior Banker who was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and provided me with false information.I escalated to the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in regards to the creditability of the information. ABM denied that the Senior Banker gave me false information and attributed the Senior Banker’s lack of professionalism to his personality.I am appalled that this lack of professionalism is acceptable at BMO. I have gone through the proper channels to communicate my concerns but they were brushed off by the ABM. As a result, I will not be returning to this BMO branch and consider moving my banking needs elsewhere.

Worst service ever. These people are so slow. Most of them aren't even working. Just chit chatting with each other and socializing as if their client's time means nothing to them. I was there waiting for over an hour during my lunch break just to get service and ended up being late to get back to work. Heed my advice and don't ever do business here. This isn't even the first time that this has happened. I'm so angry that I'm going to close my account and move all my business to TD. Thanks for nothing BMO.

Came into the branch for the first time last week to pay a bill with the teller. The line was long but the manager came out to see what each person in line needed assistance with which I found to be very professional and great service. I was helped by a teller who was very helpful and efficient. Great experience! Thank you BMO Kennedy and Denison!
