The service here is amazing. I ordered a rug, after much deliberation where Lauren was amazing at helping me pick the right rug for my space. Unfortunately, the wrong rug showed up (the rug company’s fault, not DDA’s fault) and the staff were so great at helping me solve the issue and ensuring I got the right product and was happy with my purchase. Will gladly buy from here again!

Design district access has an extensive collection of wallpaper books and samples - and while it can overwhelming to search through, the ladies in the shop are so helpful to in assisting in the search for the perfect paper. They went above and beyond and let me sign out a lot of books to take up island to my house and hold them up against the walls to figure it what would work. They soecial ordered in samples and reached out their suppliers to see what else was available that wasn’t in their sample books — they really were fantastic and their assistance is so greatly appreciated, I could not give a higher recommendation :) thank you!!

We used Design District as part of our Kitchen and Dining Room renovation. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rebecca and Jenna. Their knowledge and practicality coupled with their terrific style sensibilities really took the pressure off of us. We all know what it's like to go into a tile or paint store and be overwhelmed by the number choices. They worked with us to understand the things we like and based on that knowledge they presented us with choices that we absolutely loved! We highly recommend using their services! I had the pleasure of working with DDA last Christmas on a motorized black out drapes project. It was priced considerably below the other motorized estimate and the product was very high quality. Much of the project prep took place over Christmas holidays and the team were so kind to work during the Holliday season. An all around enjoyable experience and fantastic result. Excited for our next project.

The selection is great and so is the service! I have been to Design District many times to source materials, and everyone is really kind and helpful. They always go the extra mile to ensure I find what I am looking for. I will be visiting again soon!

We had gone here to look at their selection of wallpaper as we wanted to spruce up a room in our house. After looking through many books we were sent home with a few to check colors. We had a few different ones in mind and had given them the wall size that we would need covered.We confirmed about 1 wallpaper and was given an amount and a quote.We went in a paid this quote but upon the products arrival it was confirmed that the consultant didn't actually check the coverage and that more would be needed to cover this particular wall. Since it was already bought and shipped we are left holding wallpaper that we may not be able to use unless we want to pay for more shipping and there's no guarantee it's from the same batch. No returns allowed

The staff are professional, wonderful and very attentive. I had lots of questions and they answered every one of them! The selection is great too. I would highly recommend Design District Access to any designer or any person who needs some design inspiration!

I was quote $170 for a 1hr consultation with Danisha. After realizing that I was charged $255 I asked what the extra 30min was for and was told that the time was spent cleaning their boardroom and sending emails. I received two emails - one was the bill and one was a quote for flooring. I was looking for support in choosing colours and what I got was more of a sales pitch to purchase materials through them. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Was charged twice the quoted fee to my visa without authorization or invoice provided (though invoice was sent after I called). No recourse was offered. Was very late to our first appointment. Had some good ideas, but was told a few hundred for her thoughts and a few hundred for the plans and was then charged nearly $1400. Couldn't move forward as I didn't trust her to charge what she'd quoted. I learned a valuable lesson that you should never give your VISA number to someone without a written maximum charge (Visa informed me this is the only way they can reverse the charges). This is ESPECIALLY true with design district. While I am glad we had a designer, I would caution using this team unless you have written commitments about charges.

Super impressed with the variety of products Design District has available. Ambre Fisher was very knowledgeable about the products and has a really great eye for design while keeping my budget in mind. I was satisfied with Design District's products and services and found them to be friendly and professional.
