Passport Photos on Finch

Came here for citizenship application photos and later passport photos and they came out perfect! I’ve previously tried to get photos at Costco, CAA, and Shoppers. This place blows them all out of the water in terms of quality. The owner has a great camera and lighting setup, the photos were ready within a few minutes and it’s well worth the cost.

Good price. Good studio it's not a just chair(Lights etc).Staff was good and polite.

I visited this location to take photos for first time Canadian passport application. I had read the positive reviews before deciding to go there and was not disappointed. The photos were of very good quality. Professional. Made me look good. The gentleman working there was very nice and polite. It was busy but he was hard working, quick and efficient and served customers with a smile on his face.

I needed a photo for my Visa application so i came here for the first time, I have long hair so i was struggling a bit for taking the photo but the owner helped me through the process and told me what needed to be fixed for a perfect photo and he was nice, I see that people are complaining for no reason and leaving bad reviews here in google maps cause they ether no idea what they are talking about or they don't want to take responsibility for their actions which is childish.You get what you pay for" so You pay premium money and receive premium service Worth every penny in my opinion.From my experience the Owner deserves 5 stars and I'm very satisficed with my service

Perfect place for baby passport photos. I got rejected photos 2 times from another studios. My friend told me about this place and thank God its accepted from Passport office . I will definately recommend this place.

Good quality photos for documents for $15 - $20. Though for black&white photo copies you pay $1 per page (!) with the copies looking like the printer is set into toner economy mode. At UPS for comparison they charge 15-20 cents per page.

The staff seemed ok but doesn't know the specifications of immigration digital photos. He called in his boss and had me speak with him over the phone to clear things up. I was trying to confirm why his recommended specifications were different from the instructions from the ircc portal but he (the boss over the phone) was just rude and cut me off mid-sentence. In the end he offered to just let me get whatever specifications I want. I found it off-putting because he clearly doesn't care well enough to ensure I get the right service or has enough patience to address my concerns.If you're around the area, I recommend you just go to Royal Passport Photo at the Bathurst and Steeles intersection. They answered my concerns professionally and prices better than this place or Shoppers.

I wish I can give more than 5 star owner is so helpful and very professional. I never have this kind d of quality in passport photos. I will definitely recommend this studio

The photographer charged one dollar for e-transfer payment and said the bank would charge him for that, which was ridiculous as I never heard the recipient of EMT would be charged (I confirmed this through different ways). It was one year ago after snow and I didn’t know the store didn’t accept Credit Card (no instructions on website at all) and I had no cash at hands at that time either, so I was surprised and even shocked somehow when the photographer said I needed to pay extra money for e-transfer. I argued with him but to no avail, then I reluctantly paid him because I didn’t want to waste my time and gas on the road although the 1 dollar extra charge was unreasonable. But, the behavior of the owner was disappointing and dishonest. He might think he was smart because the customer would have to choose to give him the one dollar due to the drive/time cost, but he was actually losing customers. I write this review because I need to take photos again and come across this store and it reminds me of the unhappy experience. I will never go to that store again even though it opens at Sundays, I would rather wait till Mondays to go to another store.On the other hand, I didn’t feel professional care of the photographer when he was taking the photos. He didn’t even help me to adjust my poses while other photographers usually do so, just quickly took the photo and did the PS. When I requested to adjust my pose for another try he just coldly rejected when there were even no other customers waiting.Overall, it was an unhappy and disappointing experience. Prepare cash or take debit card with you if you have to go there because they will charge you for e-transfer. Don’t expect much from their care and professionalism.
