When I first started Westshore Warehouse my cholesterol was quite high and so was my blood pressure. I am happy to say that after working out here my cholesterol has balanced out and my blood pressure is in the normal range. This is a great place to work out. Highly recommend.

Tim and Corissa are outstanding trainers. Highly recommend if you're looking for structured workouts and convenient times. Reasonably priced monthly rates. Nice open space.

Large facility with excellent classes. I've only been a few times and have had my butt kicked big time. I'm planning on getting a monthly membership and will update this review with more info.

Ok, these guys are GREAT. Their housefit class is excellent. Facilities are new and clean. Ceilings are high, ventilation is great, bright and airy. Upbeat energy, effective work out. FIRST WEEK IS FREE!!! Who does that these days? These guys. Recommend.
