Can't stand marks anymore but only good place to get boots around town. Used to be a place of buy good work boots and clothes now it's all about normal clothes and have nothing in stock and everything is extremely over priced

I called ahead to check stock and they looked up my size for winter boot. This ensured my trip wasn't a waste!

Very helpful staff! I phoned ahead and a manager assisted me in setting aside an exchange for me. I had a long drive to get there and wanted to make sure the size I needed was there when I arrived. The item was there with my name on the bag. The staff were grateful for my business and were surprised how far I came for the item. Nice to see appreciative staff.

I was told the store was closing at 4pm on 04/02/23. Seeing was 3:50 and I work in retail I know what this means. I went to the cash with my purchase. Had to order pants for myself and was going to buy 2 pairs for my son. Was told there was not time to do any of that the store was closing soon and I could just do the order online. This woman was nice enough to tell me that I should order soon so I can still get the sale price as the sale ended that day as she walkd us out. I drove home and looked at the cell phone when I got out of my car. It was 3:59pm . Did the online order like i was told , and I had to order my pants and 2 shirts for my wife so I wouldn't need to pay shipping and get some discount i was being offered. I hope that employee got home on time and I wish I had got her name so I could thank her directly because I can guarantee I will never walk back in that store again. I work in retail and never would have do that to a paying customer.

Extremely helpful and accommodating. Directed us to an online order after searching the store for about 30 minutes on the phone (due to covid). Work boots arrived early!

Amanda helped me secure some new hi tech hiking boots. Ankle high, waterproof and on sale! Now to try em out on a few wet walks gravel and dirt rd....first dry walk great but did add my favorite insoles with plenty room to cushion front a bit more...purrfect so far! After 7 months still dry. Not good on smooth ice. Laces replaced twice due to shread at metal gromit. I would.buy these again!

If l could give less than one star l would. Been there twice this summer the first time the three employees were too busy talking amongest themselves to notice me standing there.Second time l was there 1 staff member at the cash. I swear l could have walked away with the store and l don't think she would have raised an eyebrow

Staff are very friendly. Women's work boots are lacking in stock. They don't have many options for women's work boots/safety shoes at all. Maybe 5 or 6 different options vs countless in men's sizes. I have to wear them for my job and ended up purchasing a men's pair that I wasn't overly keen on because that's all they had. I get everyone is struggling with stock because of the pandemic, but like I said, there are originally only a handful of options in women's sizes. I prefer purchasing online from them rather than in store but I was in a jam and needed new boots asap. Store is clean and well maintained but still rather jam packed with product.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was just browsing to kill the before an appointment and ended up buying a new jacket. Great experience.
