Hi everyone....watch out for kelly harnois....she is a total joke...no way would i let her handle any insurance needs .....lazy and not at all customer oriented....be warned all!

Brian was very unprofessional. Gave me a quote said hed set up the insurance and never heard back from him , i called him multiple times left multiple voice-mail and not once did he call back. Such a horrible way to do business

Terrible...totally disorganized! and My Broker left out important details ...like charging me $190.00 for a last Month" that I was unaware I had to pay?I've since signed up with another insurance company..avoid these people altogether !"

With all the obstacles young families are facing with daycare/school restrictions due to the pandemic, housing shortage and a myriad of other health related issues, you would like to think your employer would be a supporting factor to help you get through these tough times.

The old office off of walker moved in here. Beware of Shelley. She's in it to make as money as possible out of you. And the only time I got any customer service was when she was on vacation. Not to mention the blatant dishonesty about prices and cancellation fees. Ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and just get a quote online. They had me paying $320/month. I found the exact same coverage online for $135.

Seemed like a good place in years past--not so sure about it now. I'm not real happy that they don't answer the phone at 9:10 AM when they open at 8:30!!!!! I'm glad my reason for calling was only mildly important and not an emergency. Maybe I can call back at a time more convenient to them, since I (and everyone else with insurance business this morning) matters so little!! I called the number listed but was told them moved and my call was forwarded. How about updating your web page with current contact info, since your obviously not spending time answering phone calls. Oh but then, someone might call you... I get it now--My Bad.
