Don wasn't afraid to challenge us on some of our decisions and to encourage us to make the upgrades that we needed to make. We gave ourselves two years to sell our acreage - we sold in two months! Don's excellent negotiating skills (the behind-the-scenes sausage making!) were pivotal in getting the price we wanted. Alexx did an excellent job helping us navigate through the rest of the process. When selling our home Troy Chabillon was representing the buyers. He made it known that he had personal connection to the buyers and insisted on making the entire process more difficult than required. The deal on the home was only completed due to tremendous efforts provided by the sellers realtor.Once the keys were released, Troy proceeded to contact us the sellers and our realtor multiple times in regards to general home ownership (Internet/phone/potential prior renos).I would not recommend Troy for a seamless deal. This was not my experience.

I've bought and sold a few houses through Don McKay over the last 20+ years. I've always appreciated his integrity and honesty (even when he told me things I didn't want to hear). He has always exhibited professionalism, patience and a high level of service which I also appreciated. And his knowledge is extensive when it comes to almost anything related to renovating, selling or purchasing a property. I guess experience counts for something!
