We had our windows (inside and out), eavestroughs, and siding done. Never looked so good! The part that makes Purewater613 set apart was the attention to detail. The window tracks were very dirty and they are so clean now! We were listing our house so definitely wanted to make sure it was all set. I would recommend Kevin and Purewater613 in a heartbeat.

I'm very pleased, again this year, with the work done by Kevin. He is very professional, takes pride in his company and produces quality results for his customers. My windows now sparkle in the sun! I also appreciated the complimentary Purewater613 water and cloth for use on glass, mirrors, and stainless steel - truly a streak-free cleaning system that works without chemicals. I highly recommend this company.

I’m splitting my review in 3 parts: quality of work done, accuracy of invoice, and customer service.Work quality was excellent: 5 stars out of 5.Bill accuracy was off as we were charged for things we did not request (screen door cleaning) or were supposed to be offered at no charge (a spray bottle, and a microfibre cloth): 2 stars out of 5.Customer service was spotty, as the booking went well but the unauthorized charges not reimbursed: 2 stars out of 5. Average final rating of 3 stars.Lots of similar services in Ottawa, will go elsewhere next time.

We had Purewater613 come to our house last week to clean our windows. They did a fabulous job. We couldn't believe how the windows shined afterwards. They also cleaned the windowpanes and they became as white as when they were installed. I had tried to clean them myself before but they never became as white and shiny. The guys were really professional in many ways. They were on time, they were efficient and very well mannered. The estimate and invoice were very clear and accurate. We will highly recommend their services and will call them back to have the siding cleaned.

As far as I know purewater613 uses unparalleled technology in Ottawa. They cleaned and restored my eavestroughs, windows and frames, and they now look as good as new! I'm told they also treat solar panels and siding. Professional, punctual and friendly, if you need a good exterior cleaning, they are the company for you.

This is the first time that we have used Purewater613 and I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professional service that Kevin delivered. The windows and door dried to a spotless finish. The gutters had not been cleaned for many years and look so much better, the one on the shady side looks like new and the house sparkles again. I will recommend this company to friends and definitely use them again in the spring.Thank you.This was a good find through Groupon.
