Came to Burlington camera to get my son’s passport picture done, he is 5 months and can’t get over how seamless it was. Rick assisted us and was amazing, knew how to hold baby just right and got the best (and cutest) pictures of my little one. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, would highly recommend to get passport pictures done by him if you need them, especially for your little one. Thanks Rick!!

Popped in here with some questions earlier today and was very impressed with the professional, friendly staff who served me. In the age of online shopping, it was such a treat to talk to people who obviously take great pride in what they do. I've been here before and have always been happy, but first time leaving a review. We really need to support such local retailers and ensure their ongoing existence.

Highly recommend! These guys are highly knowledgeable when it comes to anything camera/lighting related! My sister went in with issues with her photobooth, and Rick was able to dissect the problem, and work with her to find a solution while other camera stores told her they couldn’t help her. Rick took his time in explaining the new equipment she bought and made sure she didnt walk out until she found a solution! Definitely earned our customer loyalty!

Burlington Cameras is the best! I bought a camera from here and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I came back after damaging said camera and staff member, Rick, came to the rescue! He repaired it with no issue and even threw in a free wrist strap to avoid another fall, all of this free of charge. Super great customer service, would definitely recommend!

Amazing place with very helpful staff. Joan was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice. I also rented equipment and very happy with my experience with them. I highly recommend them! Now, I know where to go for all my photography needs.They also have some cool vintage items! I loved browsing them while waiting for my rental.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this local Camera shop! My Dad and I have frequented for many reasons but most recently to find out about getting into the world of darkroom photography development. Joan spent time making us a list of things we would need to get started and then helped us find the best used equipment for our needs at a super reasonable price. So grateful for her knowledge and kindness in encouraging us in our adventures! Joan and the team at Burlington Camera are top notch! So few places like this around these days!

Super fantastic camera store! I can't recommend it enough. I often get photos printed and developed here.Today, I came in with my dad's old broken camera hoping it could be repaired, they were honest and told me it was unfixable. Rick helped me find a similar camera and took the time to teach me how to load film and use the camera (thanks so much, Rick!). They are professional and kind and I always look forward to return here. Thank you, Burlington Cameras! :D

I live in Toronto and don't usually shop in Burlington, but all my film photographer friends down that way have been recommending Burlington Camera. So I found myself in the area the other day and popped in for a visit for the first time.I have to say, it's definitely a film photographer's mecca. And, as a camera collector, I was extremely impressed with both their vintage inventory and display cameras.On top of that, Rich and Joan are super friendly and as well-informed on everything photography-related as anyone could possibly be.I'll definitely be back.
