Very clean rooms and toilet. Beds were really comfortable. Great for folks who enjoy firm beds. Fabulous location that is very close to the airport and great food around the Richmond area.Areas lacking will be breakfast. Quality can be improved. Reception staff could be kinda slow.

It is of the best value we can find around Vancouver. the hotel prices are high in this city.Pros: close to a lot of good restaurants in Richmond. Good price. Include breakfast. Room is spacious.Cons: some flights noise overnight. Doesn’t provide free bottle water.Cleanliness is good.

My room was really nice. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Coffee and tea were provided in the room along with bathroom items for convenience.Breakfast was also included, which was a nice touch.Highly recommend staying here for the convenience of shuttle pick up and drop off to the airport.Staff were very friendly and super knowledgeable.

So after staying in Wyndham hotels for the past week between Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Washington, we must have been accustomed to friendly service, which is definitely lacking upon our check in.First off, we prepaid prior to the visit and we're told we had to put the $250 damage deposit on that same credit card, it could not be another one. I did not bring that specific card, and was told no, you can't stay if we can not get the damage deposit on the card used to pay. Upon the staff calling a manager, they reluctantly took the $250 deposit on another credit card.Second, the hotel seemed clean, but the hallways definitely had the smell of smoke, both tobacco and majajuna.The room was comfortable, the shower was stocked with shampoo, but no conditioner.Breakfast is free, but a very limited selection and very busy.Location is convenient to the airport, but there are signs posted in the hotel to removal all belongings from the vehicle due to increase amounts of theft, so that isn't very reassuring.

Close to Bridgeport station for the Canada Line to downtown and airport. Free parking. Room was basic, air conditioning noisy. Breakfast was poor with no healthy options; bread/bagel and waffles. No protein, no milk alternatives or even skim milk. Poor value. Wifi connectivity was unstable.

This hotel will do whatever they can to take your money. The first thing that caught our attention was that they charged our credit card a whole day before our stay without notice. Typically this charge comes through when checking in at the hotel. The hotel itself is very average and the breakfast was very minimal (no meats, some fruit, cereal, and waffles). During the stay a $250 hold is put on the room as a deposit to make sure the guests don’t smoke. We don’t smoke so it wasn’t a big deal. However, after we checked out we got an email saying that $6.96 would be charged to us because of a missing lotion bottle. There were some items in the bathroom (soap bar, makeup wipes, shower cap), but there was never a lotion bottle. Even if there was, we wouldn’t take it since we had our own. We replied and said it was never there and asked them not to charge us. They replied and claimed inventory was done and proceeded to say that we would be charged. This was an insulting accusation and charge for something that is typically complimentary with the stay. To use their hold to accuse guest of things that don’t exist is horrible and very poor service by this hotel.

This hotel was clean and came with breakfast. Service was good and staff were polite. The only things that I can say were not so good, the tap in the washroom sink was leaking and was stiff , so it was hard to lift up the tap and hard to get a lot of water out. Breakfast was good, just wish they had some meat included. Finally, the location was in an area where there were roads that don’t have a good sidewalk, so that made it harder to walk safely as the roads were covered with rocks and had lots of foot traffic. I also wish I could have checked in earlier than 4 pm ad I arrived earlier with lots of baggage and had to hang out at the nearby plazas for a few hours. When I arrived I was so tired, I couldn’t wait to go upstairs to put away all my bags and go eat.

I was hesitant to book here because of the $250 damage fee. They voided it immediately after my stay. The rooms were old but the beds were amazing. I got great sleep. Close to the airport, they had a shuttle service as early as 4:20am. They were great and understanding.Location was ok. Room's were outdated but beds were soft. Service was great!

We had a great experience for an affordable price. The room was spotlessly clean including the carpet and microwave interior. The attention to detail made it feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast and airport transfers were free. If you will bring or renting a car, parking is free too. Staff were nice and polite from front desk staff, room attendants, shuttle service drivers and cafe attendants. Thank you!

This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down.We had a great experience for an affordable price.
