Great service today. Had lunch with my beautiful daughters. We were seated fast, they were prompt with drinks , appetizers and meals. Thank for the good service today

Visited with family. Ordered drinks and food and then waited......and waited! Drinks arrived with melted ice due to sitting around so long. Appetizers were piping hot and immediately followed by our entrees which were cold. Our main issue was with the manager. We watched him walk circuits around the dining room without acknowledging any customers When we spoke to him he made some very derogatory comments about the wait staff who he said were not the A team" as well as the kitchen staff and assistant manager. His whole attitude was unprofessional. I have never heard such disloyalty to staff and the restaurant reputation before."

Great service and amazing food! One of my favourite places to come. Always very welcoming, friendly and kind and the food is always hot and delicious!!Our server Emma was, quick, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our experience at Kelsey's was perfect! Will definitely be back ✨

Love the food and service! The new food and drink menu covers all my needs for a restaurant experience! The service gives off a great vibe with plenty of jokes and compliments and speedy service. The shrimp fajita is my favourite menu item there. Highly recommend this place to anyone passing by!

Good food, nice ambience and courteous staff. We like to go here regularly (love their Thursday specials) and one of our favourites is the Nashville Chicken platter. This is a Family-friendly restaurant so our kid loves it too!

Came with a group of friends. Seated right away by friendly hostess. Place was buzzing because of families in town for a hockey tournament but service was really good. Orders taken promptly, food came quickly and servers were very attentive. Food itself tasted good, prices have increased but that seem to be the case with everywhere these days. Able to pay by tap and enter Scene points. Will be back again

We’ve been coming on a regular basis and Tim has come to know our needs without us saying anything! Great wings, fries (get loaded fries), and drinks are in point! We always leave satisfied!

I usually have the balsamic chicken, which I love but wanted something different. We each had fajitas. Hubs had the chicken, I had the shrimp. I was so happy to have shrimp as an option. Rice and beans included was awesome! We also had the spinach dip, which is a favorite. Great work!l Kelsey's!

To my surprise Kelsey’s has really improved its food from years past, the honey bread delicious and the Alfredo pasta was very good add the shrimp it helps.Generally the food offered is good value and excellent for a quick bite

We are Nashville Chicken Sandwich, Quesadillas, BBQ Burger, Classic Steak(Forgot the name), Fish Burger and Caesar Salad.Out of all of these we liked Nashville C.S & BBQ Burger.You guys give it a try.Enough parking space available. Just beside Conestoga Mall.Enjoy!
