Dentists are great but some one save from finance team, I have been dealing with them for over an year and seriously they can hit your finances so badly by messing up claim process form. Hope some one from management notes it and I can share them with evidence what mess they could have done in with my insurance which I avoided by stepping in. Time for introspection team.I read earlier on one comment no one knows what they are doing now I start to feel it is the case

From the very start of my son’s assessment, staff are very friendly. Staff are willing to help all the time and knowledgeable.There’s one time I was reading a pamphlet at the reception.the contest and a staff named Jeanette approached me and asked if she can help me. She explained the contest rules if I want to join and win the scooter. She’s awesome. Not only her but everyone in this clinic are amazing! Also, we came 10 minutes early and we don’t need to wait for our exact schedule time. They called my son in a few minutes. The place is very clean and cozy. So bright. A clinic that you will feel very safe from virus. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

It’s hard to give them even one star after the terrible service I have received from their end. I am having this dental issue for a long time, and went to them hoping that they will be able to fix it as they had promised. They referred me to this another Oral Surgeon for further examination of my situation, note that they never said that they cannot do anything about my dental problem. I did everything according to their instructions and went to the oral surgeon’s office. The referred Oral surgeon was experienced and very prompt, he saw my x-rays and right away sent out his observation in a letter to myorthodontist’s office right in front of me. He also ensured that they have done their part and myorthodontist should pick up from there. I waited for 10 days to hear back from myorthodontist. Nothing came in my way from them. Hence, I emailed and called them. One of the assistant orthodontists replied me back that they are waiting for a specific report from the oral surgeon’s office which has been sent to some other place, which I later found out is a false statement as I had to call to get a soft copy of the invoice from the Oral surgeon’s office and I asked them about this further report that myorthodontist mentioned me in the email. Surgeon’s dental office confirmed that they are not waiting for any report or have nothing to do with my case anymore. I tried to reach out to myorthodontist after this, I haven’t heard anything from them till the date. So basically, they took me as one of their clients and referred me to some other place for further clarification and I have never heard back from them since then. If they don’t have the expertise to deal with my dental problem, why did they take my case in the first place, on top of that referred me to some other place and made a false statement? Is it a way for them to make some money in the process, some kind of scamming by making referrals when they clearly are not interested to take care of the matter? If you don’t have the expertise you don’t take that patient, you are not supposed to refer the very same patient to somewhere else and go silent for months. I still have all their emails and I cannot explain that how disappointed I am at this place. Don’t waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

Overall experience was not bad, they gave me a treatment plan with quote. On the bottom it said $0 down, so I asked about it and the patient coordinator said because of new owner taking over, they longer do that...She then reprinted that page and removed the zero down. However, when they gave me my package, it said zero down payment on another page. It doesn't sit well with me, if you're not going to do zero down, dont include that page in the package or change it to align with your business.
