I used to come here almost every day for my single espresso when I lived in the area. Very cheap and honestly one of the best coffee that I’ve tasted in Vancouver. Great selection of tasty sandwiches. Most of all, the staff is so, so friendly. I miss you!

It is an affordable Coffe Shop that is located next to UCW university. Ideal for students, and any one interested in buying Coffe, Latte, and so forth. The place in the mornings it is nice, not crowded, but from 11 until around 4 p.m. there is always people there! Overall 4 starts because sometimes some specific pastries such palmier are short on inventory. But, taste really good!

Really love the vibe and food, but they had great difficulty understanding a beverage I ordered. In fact, it was so stressful to the staff person that I canceled the order and left. I wanted cold oat milk in an americano. She got visibly upset at the concept that I wanted to drink the coffee right away and didn't want the milk steamed. So, stick with sandwiches and basic drink orders and you'll probably love this place.

Good early morning coffee spot before work or to meet up with a friend for a coffeecand chat. Lots of seating and plexiglass between tables. Coffee delicious. Service fast and pleasant. Close to seawall and just under Granville bridge.
