Ascott Parc Event Centre

I recently hosted my daughter's confirmation party at Ascott Parc Event Centre, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with everyone. The team ensured that every aspect of our event was perfect, making it a truly memorable day for us even those with food restrictions. The service and food was outstanding, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and highly professional throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. I highly recommend you hosting an event here, big or small.

What a beautiful venue. I've been to many halls over the years, but I think this one tops them.Along with the luxury of the interior is a lovely manicured outdoor area with a beautiful gazebo.We had access to a large terrace where we were able to sit and eat hors d'oeuvres.And the hors d'oeuvres? Top quality.Never have I had such a selection.. lamb chops, shrimp with lobster. Among several others.So well done, were the hors d'oeuvres, that by the time the appetizers came, I had no appetite!This particular hall had two bars, one inside right by the dance floor and another just outside the doors.Loved that the outside bar had screens, allowing me to watch the proceedings while being away.The decorations were beautiful.The staff were attentive and quick.Hopefully, I'll be able to return to this venue for another event.

Mr. Raj and his team exhibited exceptional expertise and dedication in organizing our daughter's wedding, surpassing all expectations. From meticulous planning to flawless execution.

This venue was magnificent. Starting from the staff, cleanliness and picturesque set ups. It’s got best of both worlds as you can have indoor and outdoor gathering options. The possibilities are endless. The outdoor setups are very nature friendly and they also have a waterfall. Had the pleasure of attending two events of the last two years and was blown away by both. Very much recommended.

The staff were very helpful and supportive while we organized our event.The day of staff were very attentive to our needs, and helped direct guests.The food was delicious and all our guests were pleased at the options for the multiple dietary requirements.For any guests with mobility issues, the walk from the parking lot to the doors of Imperial hall was long, so recommend dropping them off at the door. Accessibility was no issue inside the venue as they have an elevator, and accommodated our event by renting a ramp for their stage.

Had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding events held at Ascott Parc.The grounds were immaculate for photos, from the outdoor gazebo and the parkway overlooking the conservation area- everything was picturesque.The level of service well exceeded all our expectations.The program managers and event staff were a pleasure to work with and were incredibly efficient, often going above and beyond for our guests.Food was impeccable. So many different variations of starters.We had our reception at the Imperial ballroom. Our guests really loved the availability of the outdoor patio to sit and mingle amongst friends while appetizers and drinks flowed through the cocktail hour.Truly a magical place to hold our events and highly recommend.

Last week, Ascott Parc Event Centre hosted our wedding ceremony, a traditional Anand Karaj, and wedding reception. Ascott Parc Event Centre offers multiple unique and stunning locations for all different aspects of a big wedding celebration. Across 2 days, we used the Large Tent for our ceremony, Gazebo for our photos, Trillium Hall for dining, Terrace for our cocktail hour and Imperial Hall for our reception program. All of our events were beautiful and so well executed - we are so happy!!Massive thank you to Sanath Shetty and the entire Operations team. Sanath was central to our timeline and details discussions for several months - he ensured all went according to plan; and it did! We (my partner/I and all of our vendors) couldn't have asked for a better Operations lead and team to work with for our wedding week.I specifically want to spotlight Sanath and team for their efforts on our wedding morning. We had originally planned for breakfast and lunch to be outdoors and although there was rain in the forecast, my partner and I hoped the morning would be clear. Morning of - it was pouring. Sanath and team worked quickly to move our dining indoors well before our guests arrived. This made all the difference - again, couldn't have asked for a better Operations lead and team to work with. Thank you!

So firstly, I had a reception here yesterday May 28th, 2023. It was just perfect, like absolutely perfect. All the guests loved it, it was flawless. My family, my wife's family loved it all. Want to Thank Norma the floor Manager for awesomely coordinating the event with my sister, and Ashok for being an amazing point of contact for my dad and my father in law. Opts Manager Sinath (I think that's right) was great. We got there and he fixed a small error right away. Just have to Thank Ascott Parc for throwing an amazing Reception for my family and definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Good place for an Indian wedding. Outdoor portion is very nice and serene despite the location close to a major highway. Staff are friendly. Drink service and the bar was not the best setup.
