Very convenient located, plenty of parking, they normally have good deals, very clean, and neat, staff us very friendly.

Love coming here, always find a pair or two shoes I really like even when I'm not looking for something in particular. They also have really good sales at times.

I contacted this store about price matching. They confirmed that they do and made me aware of the stipulations. They then checked availability on a specific boot for me. Unfortunately they did not have it but let me know of a location that did, so I went there. This other location did not want to honour the price match. The manager at the Langley location ended up calling this other location and had them honour it.I look forward to making future purchases at this location. The associates and manager were very freidnly, knowledgeable and clearly put the customer first.I should mention that I also made a purchase at Marks during this time. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes at one location and 8 mins at another. The shoe company picked up immediately both times and were very quick to help.

A great place to get shoes from big name brands at a much lower price. Found a pair of slippers that I really liked but the sole was a little bit dirty, and the very kind staff member there offered a discount. Excellent CS!

Unfortunately the last time I attended, one of the managers was working at the cash register. Dark shoulder length hair, wearing all black and largely overweight. I had returns that I had purchased online and I confirmed with her that I would get the points automatically refunded. She had a very grandiose demeanour (I have never said that in a review before) and responded by saying “nope! you gotta call customer service to do that”. I pondered out loud and said oh that’s weird, I have been going to the store for years (although I have never seen her before, all the other ladies are very friendly) and they always credit the points back to the account if I ask them to and then I shrugged, she just kept on going on and on and on saying “nope!! It’s always been like that”! Over and over again. It was an odd interaction. She has an attitude, a very high ego, a bit aggressive and talks down which isn’t necessary since I am just returning some shoes :). The rest of the visit was pretty much the same. She became cold during the rest of the interaction, a bit passive aggressive when she realized that I wasn’t impressed and she didn’t even say goodbye. Maybe it was just a bad day? I have seen other reviews regarding the manager so I am thinking that it is an ongoing situation. I will continue to go to the store because I like it but hopefully won’t have to interact with her again :)

Shopping this business almost 5 years, still good selection but fewer seasonal good prices and rarely any fair discounts. Still great staff but we are going to widen our shoe search to other stores. Thanks for the look.....

What a Great Selection of Shoes at a very Reasonable Pricing. Everything is Laid out Neatly, Clean and Very Helpful Staff. Unfortunately our Cashier Was Not Happy, nor did She Ask for our Rewards Card, as a Matter of Fact She Said Nothing at All. This is Definitely Not a Place She should be Working at ALL.!!! We were Happy to find what we Needed, but she Made Checking Out the Worst Experience I Ever had.

My husband and I were there today to purchase some shoes and where very pleased with the service we received from Trista, she was very pleasant. Thank you.
