I spent two days doing private coaching and guided tours, along with the equipment rental, and the experience was spectacular. The equipment was top notch. I went with the higher end full suspension model, a Kona Process 153 DL, and it gave a lot of confidence as it just ate anything the trails through at it.More importantly, the team were all incredible. I felt like they were as stoked for me to be there as I was for myself. I feel like I've made a friend in the owner, Dan. Guillaume set up my equipment perfectly, was super accomodating, and shared a ton of knowledge. I did two days of coaching and guided tours with Annie. She's a great coach and guide, and a great person to spend the day with.I'll definitely be back to Dialed In next time I'm in Squamish. Thanks everyone!

Just got back from a brilliant day with friends cycling to Edith Lake. We hired 5 gravel bikes. The staff in the shop were really knowledgeable and set us up perfectly for the ride. The bikes were well maintained and were perfect for a good day out. Would gladly hire from here again, highly recommended.

Had an amazing time with my son for a 2 hour private lesson.Instructor was so amazing with my young child, despite his poor listening skills… he still learned a lot!Also rented a Kona process for myself and it was amazing.They also helped with installing and removing my sons car seat from their shuttle, which I totally didn’t expect.Asked my son how many stars we should review, he said… so many! Highly recommend

Highly recommend these guys if you're looking to hire bikes. They were super helpful when we were looking to book, unfortunately can't remember the girls name who we booked in with but she was really friendly and helpful. Tyler had our bikes set up the next day and was kind enough to sort an uplift in a van that happened to be going the same direction, he also ran through some suitable trails for us rather then us spending all day on trailforks figuring it. So super friendly, really helpful and would definitely recommend.

I was visiting Squamish for the first time and camped at the MTN base camp. I went in to the shop and the staff was eager to talk about the amazing local trails. They gave me advise on what trails I could take my wife on who was an intermediate rider. The route was perfect with ride arounds for features she was not comfortable riding. Also by the end of the ride I had a mechanical issue they easily fixed. I would highly recommend this shop if you need a rental or anything else for that matter.

Stopped by on my way back home, pricing is fair, service was A1 and staff was friendly , I was provided a brand new bike and had the chance to get guided by locals riders. Plus, the shop is right next to the trails which is perfect if you don’t have a bike rack with you!

My young kids have done their 3-day bike camps for three years now. I’m super impressed with the instructors- it’s a great balance of fun and teaching and I feel great about leaving my kids with them for the day. Also, one time I had to cancel a class I had booked due to a misunderstanding and they resolved it quickly and fairly. I’m glad Dialed In is part of the community and we’ll definitely be signing up for more camps in the future. Thanks!

Great ebike hire from Dialed in Cycling today. Dan set up the bike to my requirements, helmet, backpack and basic tool kit supplied within the hire price. Also provided value input into suggested rides for my needs. Great service!

Amazing place to rent a quality mountain bike in Squamish! I've rented there multiple times and always had good experiences. Even when I had a crash with some damage to the rental bike, they were very understanding, transparent about the repairs needed, and provided more than fair pricing on parts & labour. 10/10 would recommend!
