We turned to RenoPermit as a second opinion on an issue we were having with our newly built home (in Quebec). There was a time crunch before actions were going to be taken by the builders that we did not agree with. RenoPermit did a site visit that day and took photos. They were able to give their opinion on the spot verbally and in a way that was understandable and logical. They were great at answering all of our questions and gave advice for things further on that the builders may try to do. Their official documents (stamped by an engineer) on the matter came later that week and have greatly saved us! They are an extremely professional company and are truly there for their customers.
