Hi, my family has dealt with Clarity for a while now. They do excellent work and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

What an amazing service Clarity Auto Glass provides. I needed a sunroof replaced as it was smashed on the highway and was quoted less than half what the dealership quoted me at. I was also told I would have to do my own shopping second hand, to find a cheaper window by the dealership. After 20 minutes Clarity had found me a window and given me a quote, getting me in to be fixed the next day. They even went above and beyond, offering to cover the window for me until it could be installed because it was supposed to rain. They were quick, friendly, easy to deal with and I would highly recommend Clarity for all your glass needs!!

On our way from Vancouver to Red Deer and onwards for a wedding our F350's front passenger window took a rock and shattered into a million pieces between Revelstoke and Golden. With only 576 kms to go we tarped up the door and drove through the snowing conditions to Red Deer. Our Red Deer friend Rhonda contacted the local Ford dealer for a recommendation on who to call for a new window - Clarity were the recommendation so she booked us in for first thing next morning. With the snow storm all but closing all highways and byways we delivered the F350 to Clarity. Within 90 minutes came their call all was remedied. We totally lucked out, Clarity had one pane of glass in stock and with the storm no inbound deliveries from Calgary or Edmonton were possible. Cheers to the Clarity team, your help got us to the wedding on time!

Judy was very responsive to my request for a quote, and answered all questions I had. She even educated me on the process they use (which is far more effective and respectful to your vehicle than many other shops). She picked my vehicle up and dropped it off. She also came with pictures of what happened when the DEALERSHIP replaced my windshield when I bought it in 2016. Clarity is the way to go! They actually care about you and your transportation. Not a ‘get in, get out’ kind of place.

I had a stone chip in my windshield, they got me in right away and did the repair ,amazing service ,very friendly staff .

Amazing service! Last month I was on my way to Edmonton from Calgary. Before the last red deer exit I had a rock smash my sunroof window! It was like a gunshot! We took the exit and I googled auto glass companies. Top of the list was clarity, lucky for me 5 mins away and open for another 45ish mins on a Friday night.I showed up unsure what could even been done for me. He took one look and said pull it around back and we will get you patched up and back on the road. I figured this wasn’t going to be a cheap repair in the long run, he said dealership would be more costly to give them a quick call, but best way would be to use small private glass repair and the way he would do it would be to source the part for a fraction of the cost. So since he was helping this girl out I said if he sourced it I’d drive back to support him and have it repaired. His patch job held up for the rest of the weekend trip to Edmonton then back to Calgary and rest of the week.He was so fast that Monday morning he found it, had it on order and I could come within days to have it done! In under a week he had my vehicle good as new.I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business and the service. The drive for the service is absolutely worth it!

Fantastic job replacing my sons driver side window! Even more so, absolutely phenomenal customer service, they went above and beyond in ways you rarely ever experience. Will be doing all our glass and window needs through Clarity from now on. Cannot recommended these guys enough!!!!

Thank you Brian and team!! Had a sunroof blow up on the way to work the other day. On an older vehicle no less. The team located a used one at CONSIDERABLE savings and had it installed in just a few days. They even cleaned up the interior which I was rather happy to see!!
