The crew arrived exactly when they were scheduled. The jobs were completed and we were very pleased with the results. They took time and effort. All screens were washed and the windows sparkled. There were tough stains on the siding but the crew worked and removed them. Well done

This business is very professional. Two gentlemen came to do our windows and clean the exterior of our house, and administer spider spray. They were very kind and even took pics of a 'before' and 'after' for me to view in areas where there was moss and mold buildup. They also informed me that areas where there was mold on the siding they would ensure to use gentle pressure so as to not destroy the siding. They were quick and efficient and in the end the house looks great! Well worth the investment...

The two gentlemen who cleaned my windows did a fantastic job! I have a lot of windows in some hard to reach places. They were also very helpful in answering some questions I had about the spider spray. Overall I am delighted with the outcome and their service. I highly recommend this company.

I was quite impressed with the service (gutter-guard removal and gutter cleaning) I received from Adam and Joseph. Adam was courteous and professional. Keeping me posted of his arrival time was much appreciated. Service was timely and efficient. Joseph was polite and professional. His energy was impressive to watch as he completed the work in a neat and quick manner.

We've been using Performance Property for several years now in early spring for window cleaning, eaves trough cleanup and spider spray because we are so close to the forest. Works great. We've been using Performance Property Services for years and find them to be reliable, affordable and have really great quality. They are also accommodating when you have special requests of circumstances that are just a little different. For example we asked them to change the flood lights in our soffits when cleaning the eaves.They are also reliable and work quickly without sacrificing quality. The work team are always courteous and always keep us informed about then they start and when they leave. I wish all service providers were as professional.
