Thank you 66 Marine North you are the best pontoon company in the Midwest! Shawn Peterson (owner) and Jeff Halverson (General Manager) sure know how to take care of their customers!We have bought 2 Sylvan pontoons from them. We first met at the boat show in Minneapolis, January 2017. After looking at many different pontoons and dealers we found 66 Marine North. After looking at the pontoons and meeting with the Jeff and the guys we like the Sylvan the best. So we purchased our first pontoon. The pontoon was fantastic and totally enjoyed our first season. The next season on June 30th 2018 a bad storm wiped out our pontoon and lift. Jeff had us in a brand new pontoon and back on the lake by July 16th 2018.This year on June 22nd our lower unit burned out. No lube was put back into the lower unit after it was serviced for the fall/winter storage. Jeff called with the news and we talked through the options. Again, Shawn & Jeff did not want to see us miss out on another 4th of July on the water. They got us fixed with brand new lower unit and back in the lake in a week! We did enter our pontoon in the 4th of July boat parade and took first place. That would not of been possible with out you guys!Thank you so much for giving us such great care and service!!Jerry & Cara Hartl

Jeff has been great to work with! I purchased my pontoon boat in 2015 and 66 marine has done an awesome job with the storage and winterizing the boat.

We recently bought a Sylvan pontoon from 66 Marine North. While we live several hours away, we bought from Jeff at the store because he did a good job of guiding our decision process on the boat and gave us a fair price relative to anywhere else we shopped boats. He also delivered our boat to us at no extra charge even though we were so far away.I don't often write reviews, but the experience we had doing businesswith this company so far exceeded our expectations I had to say something.Thanks 66!!Mike D.

Jeff runs a great operation. Always has the parts or supplies I need.

This past summer I was a visiting from out of town on vacation and noticed my boat trailer had an issue. I had explained that I was only in town for a few days and needed to have it fixed by a certain date. Understandable they can not control when they receive parts, however I was frequently calling for updates when estimates were missed and that was extremely frustrating. I also very nearly ended up having to stay an extra day.Fast forward a few months later, I'm winterizing my boat and I come to find out the work they did was wrong. Parts were installed incorrectly and I had to repay another mechanic to redo their work.I've emailed and called them for a refund multiple times and their comment is they think I'm trying to scam them. Terrible customer service. Own up to your mistake.

I have been a customer for 4 years after purchasing a boat from a different dealer. The service department is rock solid and very accommodating. They set the standard on service and customer experience!

Had to bring my pontoon in with an ignition switch issue. Within minutes, had a tech on the boat and the problem identified. Thankfully, the part was in stock, but with their other larger location, I wasn't too concerned. Back on the water that morning and will definitely go to them for all my needs

Great team! Bought my tri-toon from 66 give years ago, awesome to work with. They do fantastic service spring/winter. Won't bring my boat anywhere else.

Big time jerks when it comes to responding to customers. Very poor customer service. Other places have more realistic prices and better service.
