The nail techs are so welcoming and lighthearted. My nail tech is Tina and I love that she puts so much effort into detail and accuracy.

Hands down one of the best nailSalons in Brampton! If you haven’t visited I suggest you give Alice Nail salon a try! You won’t regret!!! Tina is beyond amazing!! So attentive and never fails to provide excellent customer service as well overall service. All staff is friendly, they work together to ensure you are in and out within a reasonable time frame.

Who did my nails was so naive. Pathetic service. Waited too long even after appointment. Shape of my nails varied a lot for both hands.

Had a nice afternoon pedicure and manicure with bio gel nails with a marble design. The staff is fantastic and are always so friendly. Love coming to this place.

My husband and I spontaneously decided to get pedicures on a Friday.We walked in and were greeted instantly. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. After waiting outside the salon for 10 minutes (there were no seats available together as there were individuals waiting already that left a seat between one another) we were offered to sit in the pedicure massage chairs to relax and start soaking our feet as we waited for our respective pedicurists.They have a few TV screens in the salon to keep you entertained if you have nothing else. We ended up waiting for about 40 minutes.The pedicure was great leading up to the polish. Although I had picked a colour from the regular polishes that were handed to me on the sample nails, my pedicurist insisted on me getting shellac even after I had said no twice. In fact, it was the only thing she said to me. “Shellac? Shellac?” I ended up getting shellac since there was such a hard lack of communication. Fine. But the colour on top of it was nowhere close to the shade of pink that I asked for.I appreciate being able to get the pedicure without an appointment but for $40, I would have preferred to get the shade I wanted.

Phenomenal! This was my first visit, and I was highly impressed. The place is clean, spacious, organized, and well lit. The ladies are professional and friendly and make you feel like family. I had Mimi as my nail tech, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she got it spot on! This will be my go-to salon going forward .

Just got my pedicure done .As soon as I reached home , the nail paint got ruined .I made sure the nail paint was completely dry at the salon but the top layer was soo thick that it got ruined even after drying .Very bad experience although I go there regularlyI called them up right away, she said it’s my mistake , it takes 2 hours to get nail paint dry and it’s my mistake if I didn’t choose what they wanted to do on my nails .Very rude answer and no customer service .They don’t even tell you about all this crab.

Excellent work done by Tina, Alice and her husband, for me they are the best ... they have never refused to make any design for me and they leave them perfectly as I want them ... I did this on February 7 and they are still intact, Thank you, excellent work, I recommend it.
