I'm not much of a coffee drinker so decided to try their hot chocolate and it was delicious ! The employees were so nice and you can see a lot of locals/regulars passing by to get their coffee and talking with them. It's a very homey feel which is nice.

Simply incredible!! so much so that we went back a second time on our 5 day trip to Montreal. The crepes were the best we've ever had and the service was impeccable. If ever in Montreal, do yourself a favor and visit Cafe Lulu!!

It was a good restaurant and I went there based on Google reviews but this is not great. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming, and the variety in menu is good, however the food is average. The size of the portions is fair and big enough.

Privately owned little cafe and dining spot; they have hot breakfast, premade sandwiches and croissants. Friendly owners and services. The fruits that came with the breakfast were so fresh and sweet! Order and pay first at the counter and they serve you for the breakfast. Enjoyed the breakfast!

Forever happy that I decided to come here for breakfast in my last day of Montréal. The owner was such a great person to meet and talk with. He is nice, polite, and very eager to make sure your experience is amazing. The prices were great! Even though the location can sketch some out, all the clientele I saw come in were mostly tourists, families, etc, I never felt uncomfortable for a minute. Latte was the best I've had, honestly, and the bagel was great. I watched the staff interact with many other customers and they were always happy to help in anyway, translating the menu, making modifications, etc. Also- the smell when they start making the crêpes is just amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave ahaha. Out of an area with many corporate chains, I reccomend you check out and support here for a true Montréal experience. Thank you!!

Absolutely great breakfast/brunch spot. The people working there are so friendly and truly take care of you. The crepes and omelettes are all made fresh to order. They also offer many different sandwich options and sides like fresh fruit and salads. Stopped in one morning and had to go back a second time. Be sure to try the maple (and apple) pastries! Solid solid solid.One thing I'd suggest: little ambiance music in the cafe. It would be sweet.

We found this cafe by coincidence. We didn’t want to go to some touristy place and this one caught our eyes. It is a really cozy and warm, more traditional type of eating place where local people gather. All the staff there were really friendly and, for my benefit, spoke English. They made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed the atmosphere. And we enjoyed the food as well. I had Crêpe Nutella Fraises (Nutella and Strawberry Crepe) and it was delicious. Just the perfect sweetness.Thank you, Cafe Lulu for such enjoyable lunch.
