Clean library, some interesting programming. I usually go in the morning or early afternoon which tends to be quieter. Sometimes there are people talking loudly on the phone or people just talking loudly, would be nice if staff reinforced the noise level more. Overall though, staff is very nice and helpful.

Staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Have visited twice and can’t wait to come back, glad the second floor is there if you don’t wanna hear the kids, but when I was there the kids were fine.

Love having a library in the area! It's a small branch, but is terrific to have this location to access to ALL the books in the TPL system. Not only that but it offers convenient and low cost printing and computer access.

Toronto Public Library - Oakwood Village Library and Arts Centre
Struggled with the rating for this library. As others have mentioned this library is a mix between a zoo and prison yard after 3:30 and at lunch hour when the local school lets out. As a parent I’m happy kids can go here and hang out as opposed to some of the seedier local hangouts but staff have limited ability to tame these kids.We really enjoy story time on Saturday mornings and the times when the library is quiet. Nice selection of children’s books.

It's impossible to do any reading at this branch because the staff is always, always, yakking at full volume.
