I went in to get my Samsung S10+ repaired, after it was unusable for 6 months (screen had shattered and with COVID, I did not want to send it in by mail). I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin, who was super friendly, informative and quick! I left my phone there over night (I arrived close to closing time) and the next morning I had received a message mentioning my phone was ready. Overall, I had great service and would definitely recommend!

Bought a wireless plan there recently. This place is great, I enjoyed dealing with their employees and Rafik was very helpful and did take time to carefully do everything that was needed to complete my request. While waiting for the problem with the stubborn old operator to be resolved, I witnessed how other store employees dealt with other customers coming with different needs, they were all treated professionally and in a very friendly way. A+ service.

How do you feel when you're phone is damaged and needa repair? Usually anxious. How do you feel when your phone is of a specific brand that isn't sold anymore? A brand that only one chain of store is allowed to repair it? More anxious. That's how I felt when LG Canada told me that the only store allowed to repair my LG V60 Dualscreen is mobile klinik. However, all my fears went away when I actually handed my phone over to them in st bruno. They are extremely professional, savvy, kind, helpful, fast, and reliable. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED BY ANYBODY EXCEPT THEM! They are truly amazing. I had to repair my phone two times at their place. Both times they repaired my phone a few hours after they got the parts. They take their time to also explain to you what was exactly malfunctioning, and how they repaired it. They also look for ways to make you pay the least. They are very honest. In short words: if your broken phone is the nightmare you experienced, mobile klinik is the dream you will experience. Guys, just go with mobile klinik. Don't think.

In a time when hostility and rudeness is very much part of he zeitgeist, it warmed my heart when Rafik fixed the sound on my phone and it only cost me a smile. Last week I brought my phone to Mobile Klinik St. Bruno and I was so happy with the warm, efficient, and kind service. The sound on my iPhone 11 wasn't working and I tried everything but couldn't fix it. Rafik cleaned it and quickly found the problem. I asked how much it was going to cost me and to my surprise it was free! I was blown away. Please support this business. I hope that the kindness Rafik showed me that day comes back to him times 100!
