It is very gladful that we have owned our very first Maserati from this store. The sales are good, and Johnathan is very helpful to answer our questions. Unfortunately, there is only one car key that has been provided due to picking up time, and we did not even know that it should come with a bracelet key. The second car key supposes to come the first week after we pick up our car, but it came after 1 month. There is no explanation. And also, nobody told us that the car will come with a bracelet key until we send our car to service. The mechanic said it was supposed to come with 2 car keys and a bracelet key. I am sure you will charge me a few hundred dollars if I lost a key. What about you forgot to provide me with a key? We gave you guys 100% trust, however, I am not sure if it is worth it.

I ordered my MC20 before it was announced and it was delivered last March. Phil Ciantar was my salesman and is terrific. He knows about racing and knew all the details of the MC20. There is no body better and Maserati of Ontario is the best. What an exciting car. It’s my fourth Maserati from this dealer! All are amazing from the GT MC stradale, the Ghibli and the Levante!!

Don't buy a car from them, especially the salesman Jay Jalal. I bought a used car from them on March 28th and I paid $70,000 for the car. This car had a check engine light come on twice over the course of a month, and after testing, the car had a very serious exhaust problem very early on. The salesman hid this, they promised a one month warranty, the salesman Jay just ignored me and blocked my message and the problem with the vehicle. Also their marketing is not honest, I paid $1000 for closed shipping for this car and they sent me open, still no reply, they are irresponsible, stay away from them.

He is one of the best people you will ever deal with, the service and advice that he offers is absolutely unmatched. The service centre never respond to phone. Maserati is a bad car. For more than 100K you have so much better options. We have everyday problem with the car.

I owned my Maserati Granturismo Sport for about 6 Months and being a very particular person, Daniel Mariani at service really treated my car with care.Service was always available to get back to emails and phone calls for all the little questions I had and he has always shown great patience.When stepping into the dealership’s service side I was in a different world it was easy and organized and they were on time.Ferrari / Maserati has a very special atmosphere for guests, Espresso’s while you wait, shop at the clothing and Memorbilia boutique while getting your car washed, etc. They have large windows so you can see what’s going on and don’t be surprised if you see a few LaFerrari’s, Enzo’s and challenge cars being serviced and maintained here regularly.

I recently purchased a Maserati from Jonathan and had a wonderful experience. He was easy to work with, took his time and answered all of my questions. When I picked up the car, not only was it flawless, but Jonathan took the time to show me all the features of the car and covered the car with a drape. Amazing presentation.
