Chicago Northwest Limousine

We use this company every weekend for many wedding shuttle services using their large bus, smaller by and limo service. They are Always on time, above and beyond customer service and May and Ron go out of their way to be helpful with every request to make the customer happy and us as a client!

I used Chicago Northwest Limo twice a week, for over a year, and never had an issue. The drivers are courteous and professional! The cost from O'hare is a lot less than a taxi. They made my experience a great one.

Very flexible and accommodating. Not only was my early morning flight out of O'Hare cancelled causing me to have to cancel my 4:30am pickup, at 11:00 pm they were able to reschedule me a pickup at 3:00am to Midway instead. The person on the phone was polite and understanding and the driver was on time and great. I would highly recommend this service and plan to use them going forward for any and all airport transportation needs.

Stay away from this company. My wife hired them to drive her, my daughter and some friends to a concert. They were told by the driver that there possessions were safe in the car so my daughter left her purse. When they got back after the concert her purse was gone. The driver could not explain how that happened and only stated that he left the vehicle for food. Her DL, student ID, cash, etc.... all gone! Without a decent explanation from the driver as to how that could have happened.I made multiple attempts to speak to ownership about any type of compensation for all of the trouble but was repeatedly blown off. The owner was going to call me but never did.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Reserved a limo to take my daughter to prom. The driver showed up disheveled, there was a bad smell inside the limo, the radio didn’t work and there was water leaking in through the window. I contacted the company and they offered no remedy for the situation, but instead told me that it wasn’t worth it to them for the amount of time it took and the price we paid. Don’t waste your $$ on this company!!

In this day of Uber and lyft, Chicago northwest limo is the breath of fresh. Clean, professional and always on time. I’ve been using them for couple of years and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!

I travel a lot for work and always used them for my trips to and from O'Hare until Uber showed up. I switched thinking I'll get me flexibility at cheaper rates with Uber. After a year and some bad experiences with Uber, I came back to NW Limo as I missed the personalized and friendly service at same or cheaper rates than Uber. I'm glad to be back and would unequivocally recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst limo service of all time. I used them twice because it was a round trip. On the way to the airport I had a middle eastern driver that was rude, did not help me with my bags, and had a lot of cologne on to hide his body odor. On the way back they didn't even bother to send me a car. They sent me a taxi from All Star taxi and charged the same price. Never, ever again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! We had rented a party bus for a night for my best friends Bachlorette Party. We had the bus and the driver for 7 hours and was charged $700. He picked us up late, didn't have everything ready. Dropped us off for dinner, parked right around from the building. Took us to our second stop. The place wasnt what we thought it was so we called him and told us we needed picked up. He was so rude! He drove back to the hotel which was 20 minutes away so we had to sit and wait for him. He pretty much told us that we needed to find a place to go. Well for $700 he is responsible for taking us where we want to go and when. We gave him a $100 tip so he would stop complaining about driving us around and just take us. Well that was a mistake. He drove like a mad man and almost refused to take us where we wanted to go. He sent one of us a message and said if we are not outside in a minute that he will either charge us extra or we will have to find another way home. His driving was reckless. Slammed on his breaks constantly, and was speeding. The Monday after all of this, I called to make a complaint and they lady pretty much told me that that is not how he asks and that there was no way that he could have done any of that. She said she was going to talk to him to get his side of the story" and give me a call back. Its been over 2 weeks and every time I call

UBER was asking $138 when I had to go to airport from Elgin to O'Hare and I call these guys and paid $60 tips included!!!I use them on a regular basis for my trips to Airport, client visits and birthday parties etc. Best prices, friendly drivers. One time 4TH OF JULY day, they were extremely busy I get a pretty old limo but, they didn't leave me behind and they were there on time and took me every single point I needed.They are always on time, always honest on pricing and friendly drivers.I WOULDN'T USE ANY OTHER LIMO SERVICES
