Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Last time I rented a vehicle from Enterprise, they called 1 week ahead to ensure the reservation was still needed as they knew they would be busy. On the day of the vehicle pick up, they had absolutely no vehicles. I had to wait 6 hours for a vehicle. They were friendly, however.

TERRIBLE experience with this company. Completed a booking online and then phoned this specific location to confirm the booking, was told it was good to go only to be phoned the next day to say they had no availability. Beyond frustrated with the lack of organization here and will now be without a rental for this trip. I would highly recommend another company.

Rented my car from Enterprise. They couldn't be nicer. A very short wait, but they got me on my way fast. Many thanks!

In and out in 5 minutes! Jack was great and set us up with an awesome truck while ours was in for repairs.Highly recommend.

Worst experience to date with a car rental facility. I had to wait 3 days to pickup my rental as they were completely out of vehicles, any time I called to inquire about picking up my rental I was told I was on a wait list, never told where on the wait list I was and that it should be available later that afternoon— it never was. Once I finally got my rental and was doing the walk around with the employee, there were damages on the car that were not documented in their system that I pointed out and nonexistent damages that were in their system. Of course, when I brought the car back I had to dispute that I in fact did not do the damages to the car and that I had already pointed them out before taking the car. Overall awful experience with this company, I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Reserved a vehicle only to be told that I did not, was not given a rental that day or the next. Staff was rude and not sympathetic at all even though I was renting the vehicle for my disabled wife. I will never deal with this company again.

I went to their location to book a car they said there’s no car available . Next day i do book a car for day and everything set up online , but afternoon an agent called me to let me know there’s no car available for me at this time and day , So what is mean they picking up their customers or they are open for certain kinks of people really bad experience , I taught is right place to get your business done , but is not

I'm sure they are a decent company got my rental from them because my car was in getting fixed which I have a nice sporty vehicle with many options brand new this year 2021 I might add but apparently I'm Stanly ipkiss and they give me the loaner. Guess it was free and I thank them for the vehicle and im not complaining I'm explaining but step your game up enterprise
