We used to order from Avocado 2-3 times a month. It was definitely the best sushi on the West Island and was so accommodating to gluten free dietary needs. Not long ago, their usual rolls started to contain gluten due to a supplier issue with a preservative, which I don’t blame them for but was disappointed about. We tried to order from them with the minimal amount of gluten free rolls they now have and I was shocked by the strong fishy taste of the sushi! It never tasted like this. I would have rated them at least 5 stars but now I just can’t. They have gone down in quality and allergy accommodation. It’s really too bad.

Wonderful sushi in the West Island. Cozy restaurant in the Pointe-Claire village with a small patio. Always great, prompt service. Cute spot for a date night! The lobster roll and green tea ice cream are my personal faves.

AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about how delicious everything was. From the tartar to the rolls! Every dish was a piece of art and just sooo good!

What a fantastic find. Unique specials. Great service. Very sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.The service was just as comforting as the ambiance. We all felt immediately at home and welcome. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, very attentive without hovering.Can't wait to visit again!

Went a few days ago. I had been seated at the bar where I got a nice view of people's meals being prepared, and if I had any questions about the food, I was able to ask a chef directly. It is a bit expensive, however the experience is worth it, in my opinion, and you have a lot of options as well. For example, you can pick if you want your fish as sashimi or nigiri, and there is also a more fancy" menu

An amazing, cute bijou place to sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal, and some of the best sushi on the island (seriously). Perfect ambiance for a cozy sushi-filled meal. Watching the sushi chefs make your meal adds a refined touch to your experience.P.S: Get the Mermaid roll is available. A tad pricey but extremely worth it!
