The worst customer service I've ever seen. They literally ripped me off by half the price on my pants after a 2 day purchase and literally never worn or even had tags off. Then it was a fight even though I had a receipt. Never going there again and hopefully others won't either

Had a great experience here today Leah was super helpful, and quite cheerful.I would certainly recommend this place.I shopped for work boots, tried on several pairs,and while there assisting, Leah went back and forth the warehouse making sure I was.completely satisfied before I left.Thanks to all the great staff!!!

Marks has good quality clothing and good selection but it is somewhat pricey. Their footwear is top quality and very comfortable. The staff have always been pleasant and quite helpful. I like to go to Mark's when they have a sale on as they drop quite a few of their prices....more bang for the buck!

Kelsey Drive Store: l have a defective clothing item, l spoke with Brandon, he seen it immediately. He ordered in a couple of sweaters. He was so polite, efficient and professional it was a pleasure to talk about my options. Also, l would like to give Jasmine and Ben a big shoutout, different items, they were great and helped me enormously which l sincerely appreciated. I live 2 minutes from another Mark’s store, unfortunately they don’t come close to the Kelsey Drive Store when it comes to customer service. A little attitude adjustment is required their. Thanks for your great service Kelsey Drive, 10 out of 10 to Brandon, Jasmine and Ben

Customer service was horrible. One point while I was on the floor looking for shoes for my husband 2 workers walked past looked at us and kept going. I am 68 years old and I have worked retail. I would have fired my staff on the spot for ignoring customers. They are the reason you have a job.

The assistant manager at the Kelsey Drive location gave us the best service we have ever experienced at Mark's. She was knowledgable about the services we needed and took the time to ensure we had all we needed. Then the lady that checked us out was just as friendly. We will be shopping at this location again.

Really great staff. Helpful and pleasant. Great sale and store was busy. My new underwear were a disappointment. 4 pairs and each one is a different size?! I like my new hiking boots.

Great selection of clothing and footwear. Wonderful and helpful staff. Plenty of Brand choice and lots of parking. Prices are very competitive and there are sales every day.
