I would highly recommend the MacKinnon team for your water solutions. My well pump quit working and so I called MacKinnon. They showed up the next morning and replaced my well pump and tank. They did a very good job.

Called MacKinnon’s yesterday after having issues with our pressure pump. Was just looking to schedule an appointment and the amazing guys were at our house within the hour. Replaced our pump after it was discovered the bladder was punctured. Crew was very professional and kind. Thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions we had. MacKinnon Water Solutions drilled a well for a few of my friends. They came on the recommendation of my neighbour. Andrew and his partner executed the job. When they arrived at my friends property, they kindly introduced themselves and thoroughly explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They included my friends in each step of the drilling process. They did an exceptional job. They are very knowledgeable, very polite and were very professional. Job was done very well and right on the time. My friends were very happy with their service. I would highly recommend MacKinnon Water Solutions to anyone who is in need of well drilling.

Well pump quit Sunday night, new pump installed Monday before noon!This fast service was the only thing that saved me from my wife and three teenage kids! The service with MacKinnon Water Solutions has been absolutely amazing. The last storm that occurred in our area (the week before Canada Day 2023) knocked out our Franklin Electric Constant Pressure Controller (board completely fried as the capacitor was blown due to a surge). As this is our cottage, we had no idea until we arrived two days before Canada Day. I called on the morning of June 30th as they opened. I was completely expecting an appointment the following week due to the long weekend, but despite being short staffed due to the holidays, we had a service technician arrive at our place at 9:30am. By around 10:30am, we had our water running, which also included a short trip for the tech to meet another staff member half-way between our place and their Pembroke office to get something that he did not have in his service truck.If I could rate them higher than 5-stars, I would. Their service was simply exceptional.

More than satisfied with MacKinnon and will highly recommend. Started off with a consultation with Jamie, gave me a fair price for my water softener, UV and RO systems (i did have another quote from another company in Pembroke priced much higher) No time lost it was done. The techs were great, explained everything to me since i had never had this type of system before and did not try to sell me what was not needed. No wait times, easy to deal with, professional and very honest. Thank you for everything!
