Very professional service with great selection of furniture. Pricing is exceptionally competitive. Offered me a solid discount on a bedroom set with mattress on the spot. We had two more stores to check out but ended up buying it all here.

Selling damaged furniture with no recourse for repair.I purchased furniture from their store a few weeks back. On the day of the delivery, I told the salesperson that I will pay the balance amount once I verify the furniture is fine. He assured me that in case of any problems they will send a repair person and resolve the issue within 3 days.I got the furniture in damaged condition and shared photos with them over email instantly. It has been more than 3 weeks now and they haven't provided any resolution. I kept calling them every 2nd day but they never provided any resolution and kept giving excuses.I would urge any prospective buyer to not buy from here.

Amazing place to buy quality furniture. We recently bought a bedroom set and sofa and worked with kuldeep. He was fantastic to work with and gave us a great deal even over the phone we didn't go to store in person.He even helped me to customize the furniture as well. Highly recommend this place for great furniture and service.

Big mistake !! I should have read their reviews before buying.I recently bought a 3 piece sofa from them and they just showed me picture of the sofa, I asked them if the same sofa with accent pillows will come , they promised and aslo promised me the set up and made very high promises. But when the delivery guys came they didn't even bothered to open the packaging and show us our product, when asked to do so, they said you can do it by yourself and you have 2 days if you find any manufacturer defect.I was promised that they will deliver and assemble everything .When I called the store , the salesperson who promised us , said small things you need to do by yourself self,than after some arguments he said he will send someone, but they canceled three appointments before they showed up. There were accent pillows on the sofa in the picture they showed me, but even after so many calls and arguments still nothing has been sent.Manager is too rude,and when I asked I need the owners contact number she refused to give me the information,no sense of customer care.Salesperson was polite but didn't fulfill his words.

Manager swearing and overpriced furniture. I do not recommend. Cash or Email transfer trying to commit fraud.

We have purchased bed from them. Beds drawers was came uneven and can not be steady which is not looks nicer. I went to store they promised me for replacement and wrote over the bills. They also mentioned that they will send replacement pieces on next week. After two weeks I was keep calling they haven’t provide replacement. They will not stick to their words what they were told at the time of purchase. So please please be aware before purchasing anything from them. They will misrepresent their words and commitment. You guys will ended up loosing your money so once again I am requesting everyone that be aware of their salespeople.

bad customer service. Not having an omnichannel communication strategy. Unhelpful chat. A lack of empathy. Making customers wait. And rude store manager. Fraud payment method, only accepting cash and not accepting credit card. DO NOT GO THERE!
