In fact it is zero star rated. I bought a bag of organic flour and it is expired. I recommend customers to buy only items with expiry date on. Very bad customer service and filthy store. I don’t know if I can report some health and safety monitoring authority to visit this place and may be seize this business to save people’s health.

I was a loyal customer for past 9 years since I moved to Milton. They used to be good at one point in time but now better place to go in Milton. Customer service is at 0/0 specially the women behind the sales counter. Prices are almost double than other places for majority of the items. Recently my dad ordered some parathas and the women behind the counter was so disrespectful to him that why did he called and placed order directly. Even had the balls to tell him never to come back. Will never go back and and incourage others to do the same if you still have your self-respect..

Grwat grocery store for all your ethnic and halal needs. I frequently buy meats, coocked food items, fresh roti and parathas and general supplies like veggies, dairy, oils, condiments, spices etc. You will find religious items here, board games lile ludo and carom, pakistani brands of toiletries and cosmetics.Its a family run business and owners are extremely friendly, honest and good people.

The store is good but not organized. Things are all over the place. But they make fresh roti and Parathas on demand. especially on weekends. Dont miss that.

South Asian grocery store where you could find species, vegetables, halal meat, rice etc. What I like the most about this store that they make fresh food everyday, especially roti/bread. There are free parking in front of the shop. Also, I found the owner pretty nice and welcoming. I think it's better if they could put hand sanitizer at front of the entrance.

If I could give them less then a 1 star I would. I have been a customer buying meat from them for years as. I have purchased in the past some items that were on the shelf that were expired...and realized it when I got home. I started to make sure to check expiry dates always from them when purchasing items because keep expired items on the shelves!! I bought aloo parathas today and they were rotten. I called the store first to resolve the problem. The owner was extremely rude. I did let her know I would be posting my feedback on social media and she told me to do so...so here I am posting my first review ever on Google.

Worst customer service. I have been shouted at just now and all my items were put back into their aisles because i asked the woman on the counter about the price of something and told her it was higher compared to the other store i go to (note: i was not bargaining, it just impulsively came out!)She kept bickering after that and didnot bill my items. Such an unfortunate start to my day.
