If you want incredible service, go see Kevin and his crew. Simply the best!!! Don’t bother going elsewhere! Why bother going from carrier - carrier when they give you all the options in one store …with better customer service!

Outstanding service!! Brought my IPhone in today for a scheduled battery replacement.Not only have I been advised that the battery is still in good condition after a few tests have been performed, but the technician also cleaned the charging port and sound port. All this was done without any charge…where do you find that anywhere else?I certainly will be back when it’s time to upgrade my phone.Thanks again for superior customer service.

Fido offers good and quality services to the customers. I went there several times and they always greeted me with professionalism. I would say Kevin and Rob really did a good job! Kudos to both of them! I would describe them as nice, helpful employees and knowledgeable with their products as they were always there to assist me every time I needed assistance. Over all, this shop has a friendly approach to their customers.
