Ridiculous, I was referred there by my insurance company. Now I'd rather be poked in the eye with an HB pencil than go there again. Can I give less than one star? unprofessional, ridiculous customer service, terrible experience.If the owner can send me an email with their name and phone number, I will call you. I don't know who you are and prefer not to let anyone I dealt with know I was speaking to you, at this point. when we speak I will give you whatever information you need, name, order number and details surrounding what happened.I don't want to speak or communicate with the customer care dept." I have no faith in your customer care. If you really do want to hear what happened and how I was treated

My insurance company referred me to this body shop to get my car work for repairs after a vehicle backed into me in a parking lot and so far they have been super helpful. The repairs have not been done yet however they have got the quote into my insurance in a timely manner and have updated the quote quickly upon request as I noticed they made a mistake on one of the parts. I will update here after the work is done.

Thank you Assured Automotive for fixing my car! I was a little worried because I have had some really bad experiences since moving here with other auto shops but I'm happy to have really great customer service from here. From start to finish, it was an easy process talking with them including managing my insurance. They gave reasonable prices, gave me lots of info about the process, even gave my car a wash and shine afterwards, gave me an estimate time of 2 weeks to fix but they were a little earlier than that.Thanks Joey and Vincent for a great experience!

Casandra was absolutely amazing. Everything was taken care of as soon as I dropped off my car. I got regular updates, the final job was spotless and she offered to return my rental car which was such a life saver. Would totally recommend.

I've been using this body shop for more than 20 years, they went by Oaktown collision then. The name since changed but what remained constant is the level of technical expertise, professionalism, and customers service. The guys in the shop helped me few times over years with my business vehicles but this time I turned for their help with my own car. The services I received from the shop, especially with Scott Franklin, was exceptional! From punctuality, to the quality of repairs but most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE, including constant updates and extreme flexibility in order to help - everything was top notch! My insurance company gave me 3 options accredited for Toyota repairs. I chose Assured after checking reviews. My Sienna was repaired in 7 business days, in as good as new condition and detailed too. Careful inspection could not reveal any issues with their work. Body parts align perfectly, paint job is flawless. Will,the service representative there is very customer oriented and the experience could not be better!

The staff is amazing. Brian kept us updated with everything happening with the car. Service was great! The car looked brand new when we got it back. I would highly recommend!

These guys do amazing work here. Had my 2018 370Z repaired here for some bumper damage and undercarriage damage and honestly the paint looks better than when it came from the factory. Could not tell the slightest bit that the bumper was replaced and repainted. Joey and his team made me feel right at home with their friendly and professional service. This shop has the best people to work with and if I were to have another claim (hopefully not), these will definitely be the guys I will be bringing my car to again. I would recommend Assured Richmond Hill to anyone in a heartbeat!
