Cave of the Heart

I can hardly believe there are only three reviews of this place. This is a hidden gem among hidden gems. It’s an absolute must for anyone into mindfulness or on a conscious spiritual path. The yoga (Sivananda) is traditional and wonderful. The spiritual gatherings are full of love and very high vibration. The community is so loving and welcoming it is easy to feel right at home here. I haven’t experienced any healing sessions yet but I hear they’re incredible.If I lived in Windsor I’d be here all the time!

A beautiful serene setting for all Holistic treatments and Yoga studies (Asana and more!). All practitioners are highly skilled and educated with many years combined experience. Treat yourself and see what “The Cave” has to offer.
