Suzy always does an amazing job on my lash extensions. I get so many compliments on them. The pricing is very good and she works around my crazy schedule to make sure that I can get in when needed. It’s so easy and relaxing that I’ve been known to fall asleep during appointments. I definitely recommend her to anyone who asks where I get my lashes done.

Suzy is a total gem! I've gotten various services through her and most recently it's electrolysis. Definitely not the most comfortable treatment as I'm a little more sensitive to it than most (I highly recommend numbing cream!). But Suzy is clean, quick, and helps you through it all very professionally and you can tell she cares a lot about your well-being. It is a significant journey, but if you choose to embark on permanent hair removal, it's really a small speck of your lifetime and it's sooooo worth it! I really don't enjoy things that require a lot of maintenance - like shaving/waxing/etc so this permanent solution is just what I needed (wish I did it sooner). It's super satisfying to see the hairs stop growing in at their normal alarming rate....and then POOF - no more hairs at all! YESSSSS.And if you're not up for such a journey, she also does awesome facials - MUCH more relaxing, and you end up feeling like a new woman with smooth, plump, radiant skin! I've also seen her work on lash extensions - BEAUTIFUL!

Elite Electrolysis is a very warm and inviting place where you’re treated with respect. I have been going for almost two years now and the results are great! I barely have any hair popping up in the treated areas. I appreciated the honesty in Suzanne telling me that it would take a good year of treatments. That way I was prepared and continued with treatments because I knew how long the process would take. Now I can basically go see her when I see any new hair growth, which should be much less often. Suzanne runs on time, so I know when I have an appointment at a certain time, I will be treated and can make plans after that, no problem. Her business is centrally located so it’s convenient for a lot of people to get to and the parking in the back is easy and always available. Suzanne is very friendly and always has a smile and welcoming face when I arrive and she always makes sure I am comfortable during the treatments. I highly recommend Elite Electrolysis.

She is honest, professional, and it is easy to book appointments. I have also had a fscial with Suzanne and it was excellent. I love that she supports Canadian companies for her product as well.
