Service has gone bad. If you don’t tip, ur box will not be prioritized which is ok but to let it wait to be loaded for more than 2-3 wks is unjust. Customer service reps are not friendly anymore. Wish I could give no star at all.

This will be our last… sent balikbayan box to my wife family, and nalaman nalang namin, kumunti ang laman ng box? we already did inventory back here in Vancouver on how many canned goods, pasta’s, chocolate to each family in Philippines na ma recieve… how come nalaman namin, not more than 4 can goods and na recieve nila which each family should recieve 8? UMAC? bakit? we trusted you? never again.

Umac is doing a good job. I called Sunday and they picked up my package the next morning. Excellent response, I will send my package again the next time to umac. Very fast and efficient service. Thank you Umac.

Unreliable service, non specific times for box pick up which are almost always delayed. You are given an estimated time (For example, most recent pick up 8AM-12-PM. This estimated time was then delayed to 1PM. Inconvenient service and staff frankly do not care when you call in to ask if the truck is on its way. Overall service 1/5 stars.

my box arrived open and all damaged! First time I sent package thru UMAC vancouver. Been sending thru UMAC in Cali but was never like this. No explanation, box was just delivered demolished!!! My brother will still have to do inventory if something is missing! Never send anything thru UMAC!!! this is such a waste of hard earned money!!!

My box was picked up second week of Sept, it’s Almost end of December and the box is not yet receive. Please I need explanation. I did follow it up but there reason is because of Covid. Or cargo is stuck in Korea.The insurance which is only $300 is not even enough to cover what’s inside.

Excellent and professional overseas service. My four boxes arrived in our province (Pangasinan) way ahead of time. Most items sent were breakables but not a single item was broken. My brother who received the items there commented how careful the delivery guys were in handling the heavy boxes and were polite and respectful. Will use them from now on again and again.

I tried to book for a future pick up (Nov 30) but the customer service rep that answered my call was very unprofessional. She told me to finish packing up the boxes and they can pick up the next day. She did not even bother to listen to what I have to say. She should start listening to understand and not listen to reply. She needs to work somewhere else.
