The place is lovely but the staff could have been a little more friendly, not rude just very matter of fact. For me, the biggest issue was the lack of handicapped parking spaces and no directions to the elevator (that I saw). If there was signage for the elevator, I would have parked there. Unfortunately I'm not able to walk around to find the elevator so I had to take the stairs, which was a long and painful way just to get to the main floor.

Really cool place. Free undergound parking but didn't see any signs until we drove around the building. Only saw one entrance out of the lot at the end so a bit of a wait to leave. Venue was nice, intimate, easy to view stage from anywhere. All seats were good. Friendly attentive staff, good snacks and beverages. Snack bar open on both levels. Didn't have coke zero as advertised so sad about that. Had some exhibits to wander through while walking around.

The hammerson hall is beautiful. Great shows and events happen here. I attended my fav artists show it was a great experience. The washrooms are neat and the hall is huge and every seat has a view.

Beautiful theatre. Went to watch my niece’s ballet recital and thought the service and space was great all round.

Nice, big and open place to see small to medium size performances. Service is friendly and welcoming, fair amount of parking, slightly confusing layout. I think they offer workshops in ceramics and such as well but don’t quote me on that.

Such a huge theatre, neat and clean place , audio system was awesome, clear view to the stage from wherever u get seated.

Saw the Jann Arden concert here, and it was amazing!!. The venue was gorgeous and the staff very wonderful. The washrooms were clean and plentiful and the the ambiance was wonderful. Parking was great, and free! The only thing unsatisfactory was the continuous major lineup at the teeny tiny concession stand. There should be two or three people working it or another place to purchase snack items. Thank goodness there was an available water fountain nearby.
