Fleming Property Management

I've been living in an apartment rented by FPM for 2 years now and have had a great experience. This company has a high quality of customer service and respect for the individuals that live and pay rent in their properties. Any inquiries or requests I had were answered in a quickly and timely fashion (usually within 24 hour) and during my stay here, I have noticed their attentiveness to the upkeep of their building. It is kept neat and clean with regular maintenance and facility testing. They look to keep their buildings safe and though the buildings are older, they are kept well and renovated. Five stars from me.

Great experience with Fleming Property Management thus far. I have been living at one of their properties for three months now and they have always responded to issues and concerns immediately - My sink was fixed the same day I noticed a leak and they provided solutions when my parking spot became temporarily unavailable. The building itself is in great condition, well maintained, and feels secure. I would recommend this rental company to anyone in the Ottawa area.

If you are renting from Fleming Property Management, they are great. Unfortunately, once you give notice you will be leaving an apartment, they schedule showing without proper notice and do not respect times - especially if you are working from home.There should be a good relationship between tenant and ownership when a tenant decides to leave; however, they are not accommodating at all.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with FPM. Everyone I’ve spoken to from their team has always been super helpful and friendly. The building was always well maintained and cleaned weekly and the cleaning staff were always kind. I appreciated that FPM always had clear guidelines/rules that they follow and that they’re always on top of things. Never had any issues with management in my time here!

I had a wonderful experience renting 1 bedroom apartment from FPM for 2.5 years. During that time, everything was perfect: clean hall and territory, waste collected regularly, emails answered fast. After one complain about the old fridge, they brought me the new one for free.One thing that would be nice to update - is the laundry machines payment method. Coins machines are working and time-tested, but I think it would be more convenient to be able to pay with a card.Otherwise, everything is nice, highly recommended!

Fleming took over my building in January and I have had a very positive experience in the first year. They made substantial improvements to the common areas and have been very prompt with all service requests for my unit. I will be moving soon and needed to extend my move out day and they have been very accommodating. Thanks Symon and Fleming team!

The worst company to go with.Their Zero understanding with our job meaning that if they need to go in the try too and scared my dog a bunch a time.The heating is absolutely stupid. Everyone on client service is super mean or just really do their job at the worst point.In conclusion don’t go their if u have a busy lifePs the ole basement of 430 daly stink and they dont do nothing about it

I moved into a new apartment in the summer and am so happy with my choice. The staff were friendly and informative throughout the moving process. The apartments are well renovated and cared for. I had a few maintenance requests when I arrived and these were dealt with quickly and easily. The staff keep us informed of any building issues and work being done. I will definitely try to go through FPM the next time I plan on moving!
