THE SPA at GBH

If I could post a 0 star I would. The place was gery rundown, decorated in the early '90's , maybe. Gas fireplace didn't work, and it was very cold. The kitchen had barely any utensils in it. The beds weren't made, and tgere was not enough bedding in the unit to make them. The furniture was smelky, stained, worn, and had damage. There was supposed to be a tub in the mastervsuite and a tub in the regular bathroom,, but there was only one in the master suite. None of the windows were locked and the upstairs windows are notvfar from the ground, thank goodness i checked or our child could have fallen out of one. Oh, and did I mention the mice infestation. I was awoken in the night by a noise in the kitchen and thought there was an intruder. It was a mouse. There was a nest behind the stove and therevwere mice in the kitchen. We called, and all the didvwas send somone out with rat poison. In the meantime WE hadvto clean and sanitize everything in the kitchen and WE had to buy all new food that wasn't in the kitchen. They should have moved usvto another spotvwhile ours was cleaned by them! It was terrible!

Amazing spa. From what I understand new ownership, last spa had some issues. The services were amazing. It was very clean. We had a beautiful view by the picture window. The staff we welcoming, friendly and so nice to chat with. I would definately return!!!!!

Amazing Spa! Had a Relaxing Massage, we booked last minute and they were very accommodating! Thank you to the front desk and special shutouts to Sarah for doing a great job. Will definitely go back!

My most recent visit to the Spa was on Wednesday 17 April 2017.I went for a massage and a facial. Sarah, gave me a much needed massage as I had injured my back. After an hour and half of treatment, I felt so relaxed and out of pain.Sarah, is an extremely polite person, her knowledge of the the products sold at the Spa are extensive. Most importantly, Sarah is a true professional when it comes to a massage.I have already booked another appointment for next week.I highly recommend the Spa at Georgian Manor.

Super nice people and Sarah D is a great masseuse. A bit on the pricey side because of the location. Kind of awkward to find as it’s tucked away behind the kitchen area after you pass through an unmarked convention area with no signs so we arrived a bit late as the hotel staff was busy which is fine haha. Coconut oils used. The music I wish I asked if they just had ocean sounds because some of the songs were a bit too tribal for me.
