Pat built us our first home and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the house as well as his service while we were in the process of buying. He was very detail oriented and we love all the small added touches to the house. He was always prompt with his responses and was genuinely happy to help us. We were very lucky to find him here in wasga beach .

CAN'T GET ANY BETTER

We contacted Pat Bartoletti regarding demolishing an old cottage in Wasaga Beach and building us a new retirement house on the lot. He explained what was required in the construction and demolition as well as the timing involved. We were involved in all aspects of the project. He offered suggestions which resulted in a better looking house. The house looks great and we have been through several long and cold winters without any problems. Pat became a good friend as a result of his outstanding work. I would highly recommend his company to anyone without hesitating.
