I have many health issues from fibromyalgia to lower back and arthritis in my spine. I was searching for a treatment that would help me be more mobile and release the pain I have in my body. I found Com who is a compassionate healer. Her osteopath treatments have given me much relief and I’m noticing that my pain is getting more manageable. Consuelo has seen myself through postpartum spinal injury along with pelvic release, mother with arthritis issues, husband and uncle thus far and I couldn’t recommend her talent and skills more. I have done chiro, acupuncture, massage and physio and nothing has had a longer lasting result than Osteopathic treatments. She is well trained, has a thorough understanding of body mechanics and helps you to achieve a better well-being. The office is well kept, clean and tranquil. A great place to start your healing journey along with education to keep you on track at home too.

Consuelo is great. I thought only my neck was tight but it turns out I had super tight hips as well and never even knew. Feel much better after treatments. Consuelo also gave excersizes and tips for tight muscles.

Consuelo has helped relieve so much tension and pain in neck and arm. I was in physio prior for 7 months, and suffering chronically with nerve pain on my left side and nothing was helping. She's so caring and attentive to you and will listen to every concern you have! She is the only one who recommended me to wear a sling after seeing countless doctors and it has taken so much pressure off my arm, and less suffering.
