Our building manager is lovely, makes the building a real community with decorations and thoughtfulness, always stands for diversity and making her tenants feel safe and welcome. We were late on rent once and Orr waved our late fee just to be kind. We love living here! Highly recommend.

Orr Development is really amazing organization, and buildings maintain and run by them are actually feels like a close community. There is a sense of belongingness among the tenants.I live in Cypress Court and tenants comfort is kept as a priority. I am also amazed how well the building is maintained.

We’ve been living in The Robert building for almost 3 years and have nothing but good things to say since the day we moved in. Our property manager is wonderful, keeping the building very organized and clean, and is kind and courteous. The maintenance team is highly responsive and solves any issues we face very promptly. I have had many issues at other buildings I live in and this is the first place I can simply enjoy my life without any problems. The people in the building that I encounter are also kind and respectful, so overall, I think they do a good job of leasing to good tenants. This is not always the case in a building dedicated completely to renters, so well done Orr!

My partner and I have lived at The Robert for over 5 years. We have absolutely loved our time here from the first day we moved in. The building is excellently managed. The building manager, Antonina, is kind, responsive, diligent and keeps the building looking great. The Orr Development maintenance staff has always been quick and helpful if any issues should arise. All the other tenants we have encountered over our long year tenancy have been friendly and welcoming. We are very happy at the Robert.

I rented an apartment at The Robert for over 2 years, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Antonina is an incredible building manager, and the maintenance team promptly and professionally addressed issues when needed.I would highly recommend staying at the Robert, and I would recommend renting from Orr Development more generally.

Overdue kudos … I moved into The Robert over 2 years ago after retiring from 30 years as a Property Manager here in Vancouver. So, suffice to say, I knew the market and what I was looking for in a professionally, well-run residential rental property. Orr Development did not disappoint. I have only good things to report: firstly, the-best-resident-manager…EVER! Antonina was even featured as a Front Line Champion on Global News during the peak of the COVID-19 crisis; the building is always clean and sparkling; this sparkle is also reflected in the tenants that live here as I’ve only been met with courtesy and kindness which, in my opinion, equates to good vetting but more importantly, remarkable instinct; communication is excellent; regular maintenance is always done in a timely and professional manner; and, any in-suite repairs are done respectfully and competently. It’s wonderful to know that there are still companies around that continue to be run by their founding family and that still hold true to solid family values. It all rolls uphill … good tenants are a reflection of good management which reflects good leadership & ownership. Thank you to the Orr family and, especially, Antonina for making the transition into my new forever home such a positive experience. Yep, one happy camper over here at The Robert!

We felt very fortunate to live at The Robert for five years. Kudos to Orr for building 3-bedroom rental apartments that are accommodating for families. Antonina was a fantastic building manager: friendly, thorough, and quick to help us get issues addressed, including dealing with a noisy tenant in the unit above us. The maintenance staff were also personable and did great work. Our utility costs were quite low, and there was minimal street noise in our unit on the south side of the building.A few drawbacks: the bike room had limited capacity (although bike storage was actively managed to make the most of it); rooms could get very warm in summer and there was no AC or ceiling fans. Still, the overall experience living there was positive and the location was ideal.

Lived at the Robert for two years and have had a very enjoyable time. As the other reviews mention, Antonina is kind, responsive, and great at her job overall. The building is very well maintained, regularly cleaned, and otherwise in great condition. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

My roommate and I have lived in The Bovill for a year and we had an overall great experience with Orr Development. Our resident manager was great to deal with, and she definitely made the stay enjoyable. The team was attentive and responsive, and I would recommend this to prospective tenants!

My family and I have lived in The Robert for about 2 years and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience.Our building manager Antonina has treated us with such kindness and has gone above and beyond to make apartment living with little kids much easier.Maintenance (Jamie etc) have always been prompt and professional and have saved me during several laundry catastrophes.Well done ORR we love living here!
