I was suddenly unable to walk my dog. Within a day of my first contact I was visited by the dog Walker from my area and the next day the service began. I was notified by each of the dog walkers regarding any time variance. The walkers were calm and confident working with my dog.Overall a great experience.

There is a lack of communication with this company that left my wife and I very frustrated after our experience. Not only that, but the owner was rude and lied to my wife on the phone three times which prompted this review. There was a misunderstanding and poor communication on both party’s parts regarding the definition of the ‘time window’, however, I am not blaming the employees involved, only the employer (Mandy) in this instance. Mandy lied about the arrival time of her employee (which we have video evidence of), lied about her employee going back to get the key which she had forgotten (I had to lend her an extra – thank goodness I was there to do so), and lied to my wife about an email containing information regarding what the ‘time window’ meant (there were no emails regarding anything about the ‘time window’). Mandy made it very clear that the only things she seems to care about is her reputation and getting paid as she doubled checked with my wife about when and how she was going to get her money.

Dog Gone Walking took care of our two bunnies when we were away for a week in April. They did an amazing job! We were very impressed when we received daily updates of how the rabbits were doing and also some cute pictures. They even watered our plants, even though we had forgot to ask them to do that. We can highly recommend them for being very professional and friendly! We will be using them again when we need someone to look after our bunnies. Thanks Dog gone Walking!

I’ve been using Mandy’s services all throughout the past year and half and it’s been such a life saver when I am out of town. Her service is amazingly reliable and professional, and the email updates are so cute :) highly recommend if you need a cat sitter in KW!

We were gone for 2 weeks and left Cody with a family member who was only able to do short walks. We worked with Mandy and her team to setup a walking schedule that allowed for longer walks and socializing with other dogs on the walk! We were so pleased by the level of service and care that was provided by Catherine the walker. After every walk she provided us a quick email letting us know how Cody was doing and included a picture of him. We would share it with our kids and that always brought a smile. Really nice to know that our dog was well looked after while we were away! Thanks Mandy and team!

Our dog Gibson and our two cats Charlie and Shade, have been clients of dog gone walking for about a year and a half now. In the past we used another pet care service, who turned out to be unreliable and had poor communication skills. So needless to say, we were reluctant to involve our pets with another pet care/walking service. However, Dog Gone Walking was a breath of fresh air. They are easy to contact/communicate with, and their love for animals is truly evident in the care they provide. They are extremely patient with our Bull Terrier Gibson, who is very stubborn and slow on walks, and they treat our two cats, both with unique personalities, as if they were their own. In the past we have had to make last minute visit requests due to the nature of our work schedules, and they have always been able to accommodate us. We feel at ease knowing our fur family members are being so well taken care of. If you are looking for a pet care/dog walking service in the KW area, look no further. Mandy has been amazing throughout the past several months with our frenchie simba. I pick up a lot of last minute shifts and she is always accommodating. She takes care of Simba like he was her own and I know he is happy to see her. Would recommend her in a heart beat.

I have Doggone Walking come to my house to feed, change kitty litter, and hang out with my cats. They have been great every time. They leave me letters explaining how each day went, and leave treats for the cats. Great experience.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dog Gone Walking! We immediately felt comfortable leaving our dog (Nellie) in Amy’s care as soon as we met her. Amy asked so many questions and made sure that she had a thorough understanding of our needs and wants. Not only is Amy thorough, but she is also probably the most patient person we have ever met. Nellie is still very young, full of energy, and not yet fully trained and, of course, this can be frustrating at times – but Amy is always able to keep calm and collected (and fun) while ensuring that Nellie is safe and happy. Nellie loves her visits with Amy and we love the updates that Amy provides after each visit! We have also had Shelley visit once and she was just as great with Nellie – so I can only assume that everyone that works for Dog Gone Walking is just as wonderful! Aside from how happy we are with the services that Dog Gone Walking provides, Mandy’s communication with us is also amazing! She answers emails very quickly and will send confirmations to ensure that you know she received your email. You are never left to guess what is happening because her emails are always clear, friendly, and contain any information you may need – which we very much appreciate! We would recommend Dog Gone Walking a million times over!

We worried about leaving our timid Lionel while we were on vacation and after reading reviews on Dog Gone Walking" we decided to hire them to care for him. Not only was the staff personable but my concerns and questions were quickly answered. We came home to find he had been well cared for and even his dishes had been cleaned. We heard from his caretaker each day we were away and pictures were included. We are both feeling much more comfortable about vacationing knowing that he will be professionally looked after.
