The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Helped us decide on best electronics, and load it into the vehicle too.We've bought phones there and had great after sales help with tweaks and phone plans.

The Source in Parksville does things right. Staff here are so helpful and honest, I faithfully come here for items for awhile now. So much better to shop here and know you are getting the right product than wandering around online hoping what you ordered is what you actually need.

Twice now I’ve received poor customer service from the same individual. The first time, I let it go. The second time I’m choosing to leave a review. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to technology so I realize I may be annoying. However, I do not need to be treated with such apathy. I’ll be going to London drugs from now on just like I used to. Forget buying local for this gal.

Brandon Nicole and Darren (might not have spelled these correctly) did great. My experience at the source was by far the most entertaining thing all week and I got what I wanted in the end. Thank you

I am leaving this review at the request of my Mom who went to The Source to purchase and set up her new iPhone. Derik spent over and hour with her and was both helpful and patient. He did a great job!

I cannot express in words my HUGE amounts of gratitude to Nicole for helping me with my purchase of a new phone a few weeks ago. I realistically could not go in to the store with my daycare - 5 kids (4 of them being 3 and under) . My phone had completely died and I needed a phone for emergencies asap! After a phone call to the store, Nicole had told me she could look at my phone and leave it with her. In the meantime I would go to the park and when I returned she managed to give me some options. She had priced out SO many options of new phone plans and presented a seamless transaction when I returned. She had sticky notes of all options, phones and my account all pulled up and ready to go. She had an employee in the store so she was able to come right out to my vehicle. The end result was incredible. She was able to get me a new up and running phone and paperwork done like a drive thru service. I am thrilled with my service I received. You SAVED the day. Thank you!! Best customer service

Fantastic Service.. paying less for my new iPhone 13 with a new plan from Bell then having no plan and paying monthly charges with Telus. These people are problem solvers.
