Vogue Optical

I recently had my eyeglass prescription filled at Vogue Optical on Robie and I do not usually do reviews on places but felt I should this time. I had to have some adjustments made to my lenses and the staff went out of their way to make it work and were genuine about wanting to help. I must say that Randy went above and beyond in his customer service. I would recommend this location and I will be going there in the future.

Best experience ever! As soon as I entered the store I felt as though the staff was there for me and REALLY listened to me. I needed new glasses and tried on lots of pairs and they were patiently helping me, and I mean they VERY patient. They helped me decide as the selection is amazing. Lily and Heather are sweet, kind and caring, and give the best customer service ever. Randy the Manager is awesome and I think that is why all the staff are happy as he really is sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has that top notch excellent customer service. To the owner of this store you are very lucky to have the staff you have, I hope you know they give excellent customer service and go above and beyond. Kudos off to all of them. Dog friendly too!

I can't recommend them enough. I needed to get my frames repaired, and while I was there another customer was being taken care of, and it was obvious that they are very happy. Both people working in the store were awesome. Thank you so much for talking care of my repair.

I was visiting Halifax from southern Ontario, when two days into my trip my glasses broke. After calling this location with my prescription, I was able to get a new pair of glasses the next day, with less than a 20 minute wait. Randy, the sales person who helped me, also gave me an incredible discount on my glasses because I was travelling. Truly incredible and friendly service like I have never seen. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle on a vacation.

I had an exceptional experience with Lauren (Halifax store 41) yesterday. I had broken my only pair of glasses. I walked into her store and received amazing service from her. She provided me with options and I walked out an hour and a half later with new glasses. Amazing! Her friendliness, calm demeanor and exceptional service changed my very stressful situation to a very pleasant one. She is an awesome asset to your company and should be recognized as such.

This was the best experience!! The ladies were able to fit in my mother last second because she just broke her glasses. Paula and Lily were so patient and kind. They provided the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Even with the covid restrictions they went above and beyond!! highly recommend and I will be back myself!

The gentleman who ordered my glasses - Randy I think his name was. He had a wonderful energy that was helpful and made you feel welcome in the store.A woman named Lisa in the back captured images and measurements of my eyes prior to the exam. She was facing issues connecting with my insurance company which initiated her apparent frustrations. She was extremely harsh and condescending when I accidentally blinked with the puff of air. She aggressively kept saying I kept blinking even though she didn’t explain the process or give me a warning of when the air was coming. I was not comfortable with Lisa and it’s somewhat upsetting when a customer feels like they’re in the wrong when an employee is not customer friendly, transparent with the process, or let’s you know what to expect in a measurement.Then a younger lady came in the room to capture the measurements and she got them right away. She was sweet and explained the process after introducing herself.

Started going there 2 years ago, after really bad service at another optical shop. The Doctor is wonderful, the staff are truly amazing and welcoming, won't go anywhere else!

I've continued to come back to this location for years thanks to the amazing service of Heather. A couple of weeks ago, I almost strayed from habit and ordered a couple pairs of glasses online to save a few bucks, but after some thought, decided I would rather support this business and decided to wait. I went into the store last night and was disappointed Heather wasn't working... until I met Randy. SO attentive, friendly, honest, patient.. the list goes on.I found a pair of glasses that were a little different from what I'd usually gravitate toward and was unsure about them, but felt Randy was truly giving his honest opinion about how they looked on me.It's so refreshing to experience such consistently amazing customer service.THANK YOU!
