I was really disappointed with how my recent appointment here went. I asked that my hair not be thinned out and keep as much bulk and volume possible (I showed a reference picture) as my hair is already quite flat. She did everything I asked not be done and now my hair and bangs are so choppy and thin. At one point she just randomly started chopping on one side and not the other even though the hair was in a side part- but I thought I should trust the process (I should not have). Last time I came here and showed the SAME reference picture and the (different) stylist gave me exactly the textured fullness I asked. I’ve been growing my hair out for a while and now I need to start all over. She said if I didn’t like the cut I could come back to get it fixed so I’m sure she also knew it wasn’t great- but there’s really no way to fix this.

One week ago, I got my hair colored at Top Style Studio, which I thought was fantastic. They were attentive to my hair's health and level of damage. I initially wanted a platinum color, but Pavel advised against it and assured me that he would give me the best color possible. In the end, he delivered exactly that, and I was very happy with the results. ❤️

Top Style Studio is always my first choice to treat my hair. Pavel has been my hair stylist for over 9 years and still every time I visit Top Style Studio he is adding new techniques, latest hair cuts, and extraordinary colours. My hair is constantly a masterpiece at this place.

Maria is the best nail technician I have ever had. A very professional and lovely woman. Thank you for the wonderful manicure and pedicure, I have been a client of Maria for 5 years and would never have thought of getting a manicure anywhere else.
