Isabella Apartments

Don't rent with these people!! I was interested in viewing an apartment and putting a deposit down and they refused to show it to me because no one works past 5:30pm and no one works on the weekends and I am unable to take time off work to view. I told them that I couldn't see it except after work and asked the rental agent multiple times to make an exception and show me the unit at 6pm, when I can get away from work, and he refused. I basically guaranteed them a deposit and a one-year lease from a good, paying tenant and he refused. He interrupted me many times and spoke over me on the phone and then when I started to get a little teary out of frustration because he was unwilling to stop interrupting me or be reasonable he slammed the phone down in my ear. These people are RUDE. And if they don't have anyone working on the evenings or weekends and are unwilling to make exceptions, I can only imagine that they don't service anything broken or take tenant complaints after hours either. DO NOT RENT HERE!! STAY AWAY!

This building is filled with cockroaches from different size and speeches. If you are considering moving in here, ask a professional to check your unit before signing a lease. Management is not paying attention to the issue.

Great location and office staff are friendly.
